Cool room despite the air con not working. For once the duvet was appropriate for the climate i.e. summer weight. Mini-bar fridge was a bonus. Had many problems on this, only my second time outside of the UK, so I've tried not to let that bias my opinion. Like the other people I met in Rome, the staff were friendly and helpful.

It seemed that the fashion shop directly below my suite played boomy music most of the day, not so good if you want to put your feet up and recharge your batteries for a while before venturing out again. Would have been helpful to know that a sister hotel existed and that their reception been able to offer additional help.

I like everything: room, place and location, personal’s help

It was an excellent stay. The room has very distinctive forniture and it's perfectly located. The Staff was very helpful and has showed us how to reach the colosseum and Trevi Fountain that is really close to the hotel. Recommended

The location was great. Close to many of the sites of Rome. The rooms are large and have everything you need in them.

We needed to check-in after reception hours as we flew into Rome late and check-in is challenging if you do not have cell phone coverage. The hosts require you to phone to get check-in information when you arrive at the location. If you arrive late and are tired and do not have cell-phone reception this can be difficult and stressful. Other than the after hours check-in process, everything was great.

Good convenient location. The breakfast buffet at their sister hotel had a lot of options.

The stained carpet that I was afraid to put my bare feet on. The rusty bath fixtures and the shower that didn’t have consistent temperature. We didn’t even use the cheap smelling bath products. The strong cleaning product smell throughout the property. I believe it is clean, but it doesn’t feel that way. I thought when I booked this hotel that the old fashioned decor would be fun or funny to stay in. I thought because of how much we paid it was all going to be Ok, but in the end we just felt ripped off and not taken care of in a shabby hotel that is in bad need of a major overhaul renovation.

A perfect location, so close to many sites. A nice roomy bathroom with a lovely warm shower! And the price was hard to beat.

Some of the bathroom tiles were cracked and broken.

Location is one of main advantages of the place. Comfortable room for 3. Very safe area. Plenty of boutiques and restaurants/cafes around. Helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to Barbara for her tips during the stay.

no hot water so all cold showers…yuck! room trash was never emptied which resulted in ants, wasn’t informed upon arrival how to order breakfast for the following day- would have been very helpful to have known. Thin walls

Perfect design of the hotel and the room - you can feel the ancient and modern atmosphere of Rome. Very nice and fresh fragrance in the lobby and bathroom. Good quality of bathroom cosmetics and toilet paper. Comfort beds.

Hairdryer was not working properly. Everything else was perfect.
