Conveniently located near Roma Termini train station.

This is a set of "hotel" rooms on part of a floor of a large older building. If arrive after 13:00 there is no reception. You are provided instructions by phone which made arrival and departure harder than they need to be, especially for the price. We were left on the street not knowing if the door would open longer than we needed after a long day of travel. Check-out required multiple trips back and forth to accommodate the hotel's extremely limited reception hours. Can not recommend.

Location - roma termini is just 5 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants and stores around. The rooms were clean, bed was comfy. Bathrooms are clean.

Clean and quiet, location to Termini, beds comfortable, one room was cool. Fixed drain issue when mentioned. Staff were kind. Interesting building. Lift.

One room had poor air conditioning, drain, think if brought to attention they could have fixed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station. Elevator. Adequate space. Great if you are looking for a basic clean and friendly place to sleep near Termini. Walking distance to the highlights of Rome. Good value.

Hard to find at first - inside a building. Not much directly in that particular neighborhood to walk to or places to eat.

The front door was difficult to open

Amazing strong showers. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Friendly staff. 5 minutes from the train station.

Asked for twin beds but weren’t available the first night. Room can be cleaner, some of the surfaces I wiped were black and had little hair. It was very cold at night because the heat wasn’t turned on both nights. There’s a radiator in the room which you can control but no heat actually comes out unless the hotel turns it on. Hotel was colder than the outside for some reason.
