Everything. Wow the staff are incredible. This is a massive mansion, luxury living. Best guesthouse I've stayed in.

The absence of generator was noted. Had to stay in the dark for hours during power cut/ loadshedding. Once you booked the room, they could have whatsapped the schedule of power cut.

The manager and the staff are friendly and cheerful people they make you feel at home.I have been there before and the atmosphere is excellent. Elizabeth Manor Guest House is like my second home.

Filthy pool and poor and untidy all round. Dining room set up is terrible - 3 large tables and no privacy. Tables actually bending and not a level surface. Just so untidy and hygiene standards very low

Professional, friendly staff. Comfortable room opening out onto outside area. Room has fridge, kettle and microwave. Good breakfast. Quiet but still close to gautrain Sandton station and shops

Some of the staff members were welcoming and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a towel heater.

Guests don’t have a way to open the gates, so if you’re trying to leave at any time you’ll find yourself stuck. The neighborhood itself also has gates that close on the weekends and make it hard for Ubers to reach you. The owner was a bit rude even to her own workers. It is not as nice as it looks in the pictures.
