The attention to detail was lacking, the staff were very surly and lacked attention, especially in the breakfast room, more information about the hotel would of been helpful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic for shops, restaurants and attractions.
It was a little noisy at night due to being very close to the main road through the centre of Rome

We enjoyed our stay at Mia Resort, It was centrally located to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountains.
We wish the hotel would have advised that breakfast was included in our room stay. Upon checkin we did ask the reception manager to confirm but he advised it wasn't included, but at checkout we were advised it was included,

Check in was a bit difficult as Mia resort wasn’t clearly labelled on the first floor but that we’re we checked in

Location was the best part. The staff were helpful and called a taxi for us. Walking distance to major attractions and the subway was great.
The bed frames which are white and upholstered were dirty and torn significantly.

Location was excellent. 5 minute walk from Trevi Fountain and 10 minutes from Pantheon. Staff were really kind and approachable.
We booked online and saw the pictures of Mia Resort and were really impressed. However, when we turned up we were booked in a room that looked nothing like the pictures advertised and under a different hotel name called “Rome Kings Suite.” These two hotels must be in partnership with each other as, from looking, it’s happened to other customers.
The shower was cold and didn’t have hot water. Also, the fridge had mould at the back. Walls were also very thin so you could hear people talking in other rooms.

The hotel was not your typical type of hotel. It was a floor in an old buildings with other floors/suites owned by a different company. You are given keys to access the main door, the suite and your room so you felt very safe. Breakfast was not included with our booking but we were invited to take some any morning we liked and pay at the end of the stay. The lady who looked after our breakfast and room was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was modern and clean. The beds were large and comfortable. The location was very close, 5mins walk to the Trevi fountain and everywhere else was accessible by foot which added to the experience. Would definitely intend to return again

In reception theres is nobody! We stay outside, they send too late check in information. There is nobody in reception, but take extra 30€ for late check in.

We like the location as we were close to a majority of the attractions.
The lady who prepared the breakfast and cleaned our room and she was a very honest lady as my wife left her handbag with all of her possessions and the lady returned this untouched immediately.
The hotel is not suitable for those with difficulty going up and down stairs to reach the reception when entering the building.
The lift felt very unsafe.
Our room was within another room and there was a lack of hot water and nowhere specific to sit to relax after a long day of touring

Nice location for shopping and sightseeing. Comfortable room and very good wifi.
Noise from the street and poor breakfast.

Central location, close to public transport.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and the "old style" elevator was hardly ever available/working. The bathroom accessories (towel hanger, shampoo stand) were old and rusty. There were hair strands on the toilet and in the shower before any of us used the bathroom. There were 2 very small rooms where the breakfast was served. Half of the days, when we went for breakfast, we had to wait for a table to empty before we sat. Warm dishes in the buffet (scrabbled eggs, bacon, etc.) had finished before we sat for breakfast and there was no refill, even though we sat for breakfast way before 10.00.

The owner kindly booked me an early taxi to the airport and he arrived very punctually. The room was very comfortable.
Another bait-and-switch hotel. With a name like Mia Resort, you'd expect at least a canopy above the door with the name on it. But no....the taxi driver couldn't find the hotel but pointed out the correct street number to me. A guy sitting on the steps had never heard of them. At the side of the door was a very small nameplate bearing the name "Mia Resort". I pressed the appropriate bell.
.no response....called the phone number...no response. At that moment two women came out and I took the opportunity to go in. Wandered around on the first floor hallway, where there seemed to be some kind of offices and also a small reception room but nobody there. Started to shout " Mia Resort..is anybody there? " And at that precise moment a young woman came out of the elevator and said "That's me!" So we started to check in. There were business cards for another resort Rome King Suites on the counter. I asked if the hotel was now Rome King Suites but she said no, and that my room would be in another building "because we're overbooked here." As we prepared to walk to the other building another group of 4 people arrived and now we all left together to go to the "other building". They went ahead and I lost them in the city crowd. Luckily, the young lady was very tall and I saw her disappear into a large green door several streets up. So I caught up and waited and waited, till she came out . Another street away, we came to the building and she showed me the name plate which said Trevi Portrait Studio. We went up to the first floor where the name Mia Resorts was taped on the door. The room was perfectly adequate. She apologized for the confusion being only one person to do many jobs. I sympathized but told her it didn't sit well with me, because I was both tired and hot. She gave me a business card saying" that's the phone number". The card was in the name of yet another entity , ResidenceKiRome.

Location is excellent, close to Spanish stairs and fountain. We bought three day transportation pass for Metro and bus, and it's very convenient to go everywhere by bus.
Staff is very helpful. Since we wanted a quiet room, we were put into a nice and big room with two beds. Room was cleaned everyday.
Breakfast is okay, it will be nicer if there's vegetables and fruits

Location is excellent. 5 mins to Trevi or Spanish steps.
Temp control on Shower was awkward. Coffee in room was disappointing. No stock in fridge.
