The room was spaious .clean and comfort able. It was good that you come to check it immediately afeethat

t here was no hot water on the day we aarrived and it was a pity that we couldn't store hot water in the abathtu or take a shower

Very good

Location: Awsome - right in the center. 1 minute from the Spanish steps. 3 minutes from Via Del Corso. 10 minutes from the Pantheon - everthying is really near. Staff & Cleanliness: We contacted the hotel before our arrival and got quick and helpfull responses. Since there is no reception so the only staff met is the cleaning service guys who were really nice, helpfull, cleaned very good, changed the sheets and towels, new expresso capsules and croissants every day. Facilities: No breakfast but not needed, coffee houses, bars and bakery all around the hotel. Air condition: works great.

1. The elevator didn't go up the third floor 2 nights in a row (when we tried to go to our room. ordering it from the 3rd floor did work). 2. The wifi didn't work for 2 nights in a row guess some technical issues that happens to all.

Only the Location is very good

The room we got assigned for 3 people called “Trevi” was ridicusly small for three people. It would be even very small for two people. The bathroom also was extremely small, even one slim person can not move around in the shower to scrub. There was not hand soap, we had to buy our own. The room was so so small that we had to put our carry on size bags on the floor next to the beds and we were pretty much tripping with the luggage and each others. The pictures of the room does not reflect the real small size of the room, clearly they were taken to make the room much bigger. We were very uncomfortable. I which they would have assigned us a much bigger room considering we were 3 adults

Steps away from many of Rome’s attractions.

The property was clean; fabulous location. Jr Suite was spacious for the 3 of us.

The beds and pillows were overly hard so the sleep comfort wasn’t what we had in mind with the value we paid.

Good

Great location on charming street in the heart of Rome. Remote reception service was immediate and very helpful when needed. Liked little touches such as computer plus printer set-up in comfy, quiet lounge. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I WOULD STAY AGAIN

IN THE HEART OF ROME WALKING DESTANCE TO THE MOST ATTRACTIONS AROUND SHOPS RESTAURANTS THERE WAS COMPLIMENTARY WATER AND SOME CRACKERS AND CROISSANT AND THIS HELPS ON YOUR ARRIVAL THERE WAS ALWAYS HOT WATER

THE NOISE FROM THE OTHER ROOM AND THE ROAD BECAUSE SOME DRUNK PEOPLE SHOUT

Its spotless, reasonable sized rooms, great location Our flights home were late in the evening, with the agreement of the hotel we left our luggage in the hotel & were allowed access until our time to leave for the airport. Very easy people to deal with

Getting into the hotel on day one, with no staff to help did feel a little stressful (68 years young) reading the entry codes; using additional codes to access the lift; more & different access codes to actually enter the hotel. But, once you are in and have your key card life is absolutely perfect

Didn't live up to other reviews

The property was centrally located.

It was so noisy, my husband wanted to check out and find new accommodation on the first night- we basically heard every conversation and burp from surrounding residences until 3 am in the morning. The room was very dark with limited lighting, there was only one PowerPoint available, hot water lasted 3 minutes. It's basically an airbnb with less service.

Superb

Accomodation was perfect. Big room, enough big for four. Every day cleaning, with fresh "breakfast": teas, coffees, croissants and small snacks. Hotel is situated in the centre, everywhere you can walk easily. We even did not use the metro or bus.

the hotel does not have a reception, so if you would like to live here, you have to speak english well, to talk to a person on the phone, which tells you how to get to your room and helps you with the other staff. but this is the only thing. everything else was perfect.

Exceptional

The room was brilliant and fairly big. Wrongly mentioned at 15 sqm , it was much bigger than that. Its like a nice studio right in the heart of Central Rome. Location excellent and facilities excellent too

Check in process slightly tedious over Watsapp and all but no complaints really.

Great base for exploring Rome

Fantastic, central location. Large room with free coffee, snacks and water. Wi-Fi worked well

Excellent choice!

Amazing location, nice room design, super clean. I will come back, but I will request a bigger size room and bigger size bathroom.

Very small bathroom. No elevator to the floor 2, it goes to the floow 3 and then you take the stairs down to the floor 2 (where my room was located). It was a bit uncomfortable with a big luggage I had, but I got a help from staff and it was all sorted out!

No taxi can enter this street, its walking street closed by police, you have to walk with your luggage, No view street from the windows.
