The whole property is immaculately clean. Staff are very helpful and make you feel very welcome. Nothing is ever too much. Our room was cleaned every day with a top up of water which is much appreciated. Breakfast has everything you need to set you up for the day. Lovely cappuccino! Being on the 5th floor is not a problem, there is a lift which takes you most of the way with only a few steps at the end.

The location is excellent, walking distance everywhere, minutes from the Vatican. The staff very helpful and great tips provided on what do visit, where to go, where to eat out, etc Gave us an upgrade on our room!! Very good breakfast every morning!

We were looking fot the very best place to spent our honeymoon and we found it right here. At the moment you enter, you can smell nice fragrance all over the place, the atmosphere is pleasant and location is great too. Our room was really beautiful, spacious with such a cosy bed and modern bathroom with colored lights and smooth music- everything was always cleaned perfectly. The staff is super nice! All of them have smiles on their faces and they are always willing to help you. For us it was the best choice, we would definitely come back, love it!

This is a wonderful guest house where the staff who work there really know how to take care of their guests with kindness and attention to detail. When our flights were delayed they took us in and helped us out a lot, going above and beyond including offering to hold a room in reserve for us in case our flight was delayed again and asking the shuttle driver to wait at the airport until we confirmed that our flight was not cancelled again, which brought us peace of mind. The view of Saint Peter's from our top-floor suite was stunning and inspiring to wake up to each morning. The breakfast options were delicious and more substantial than other "continental breakfasts" we've encountered in Roman guest houses--my favorite was the fruit salad with pomegranate seeds. The bed is very comfortable, on the firm side, which we prefer--so many places these days offer toxic, suffocating memory foam, but the mattress at The Place was something much nicer and higher quality. The spa-style bathtub was luxurious and relaxing and the little sauna was mighty, worked great. Further, the hotel's excellent location is within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and shopping and cultural sites. Highly recommended!

The wifi isn't always the strongest and there was some noise and pollution from the busy street below. That's not the hotel's fault--it's a trade-off for the convenient location, but it's something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper or have asthma.

Our daughter was impressed by the lights in the bathroom 😃 We were very happy with our stay, with the pleasant staff, location and would only recommend this place.

Not very well maintained, shower was dripping constantly, room is noisy & breakfast was very very basic. Everyday same breakfast, just slices of bread you have to toast bc it’s dry and tasteless.

Perfect place to explore the center of Rome. Late Check In after 11pm was no problem. Private parking garage around the corner for 20 Euros per day. Breakfast rich including a good continental variety.
