Good hostel for few nights stay. Especially for the location and the price.

The staff was helpful & friendly. Very easy to socialize and meet people which was what I was looking for. Location was nice.

Was a bit hard to find. Once I was registered staffs were very kind and friendly. The room was spacious, lots of common spaces, lockers provided and good clean facilities. Staff were friendly and spoke good English and it all seemed very clean for the duration of my stay. Overall pretty good!

The room is dirty, the bed has ticks.

When we want to check in they show us a room even not clean yet and that is not the room we book in your web site, we paid Hk$ At the time we check in, we thought we have paid already at the time ,when we booked at your web site. They show us two room in other floors surrounding are in construction area & lots of construction materials , all are very terrible room & very smelling all the whole hostel, the hostel staff told us need to book other room, so we have no choice, need additional more US$150.00 for our 4 days stay, excluded the HK$, we have paid already when we check in. we have no choices because that is non refundable and the day we will going to stay it was fall on Holy Week. The rate of the place even can’t not even can rate ZERO , because The place is not fit for human being to stay there, very dirty, the staffs are cruel not nice. The last day we don’t have Wi-Fi at the room, when to front desk, the staff got angry, said they can’t do nothing need to wait for young staff to do it. On the last few hours on our check out our bathroom was lock, which we didn’t lock it and we ask the front desk to open our batHroom, they said no key to open our bathroom, so, we don’t bother them, we just go away and check out . We are not only guest complaining on this hostel. No bath towel in the room, you need to ask in front desk, and the towel are very grayish, we just used it for our floor mat, because they didn’t provide any, or else the floor will be very wet, we can t use it, we need to buy our own towel, all the mattress , bed sheet, pillow are very smelly, it was our first time to book a hostel, but didn’t expect this type hostel, which can’t even to stay for few minutes , FINAL; please don’t listing in your Web site this hostel. Because majority people are guest we meet, they are very disappointed, on you web site are not same when they check in, even shampoo they didn’t provide you need to paid.

Our room was beside a sharing bathroom , all the watering are running out on the hall way, no any staff wipe the floor, which is very slippery . And hear other guest the staff transfer their belonging to other without notify the guest first. That is very worst.
