Good place and good memory

The first is the owner of this property that he is so friendly and feels like the good brother. At 10pm you will have the schedule with him to listen him sing a song. This place is reminiscent of the 90s.

Very cosy and tidy and the owner is extremely lovely and welcoming.

The owner Yoshi was extremely welcoming and generous. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, we even tried to find dust and there wasn’t a speck! The house is super cosy and has two onsens you can use privately. There is a view of Mt Fuiji but only on one side of the house so that’s not guaranteed. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Kawaguchiko that doesn’t come with the hearty price tag like most other places then I’d recommend. Note it’s probably easiest to get a taxi from the train station and Yoshi can order you one for the return.

A small piece of England

The onsen and jacuzzi were private. The view of mt fuji was spectacular. The location close to paddy fields and a million sexually active frogs was brilliant. There was tonnes of parking. Yoshi was great taking our very heavy cases upstairs.

It was early season so no food was available.

Lovely stay

The owner Yoshi was amazing. He was really helpful in giving advice. Also treated us to a show when we came back for drink later but playing guitar and singing traditional Japanese songs as well as some of his own creation. The view was lovely, particular from the hottub. Room was big and very comfortable. Also had two private onsens for guests to use, be warned though they can get hot so may need chilling down before use! The hotel is on the North shore so much quieter and you'll likely need to get a bus or taxi if you want to find restaurants for dinner. Alternatively you can try eating at the accommodation. We did not have time for this which is a shame as we imagine it would have been good given the rest of our experience. We did try the bar and can recommend the local sake.

Superb

The breakfast was really good. A mix of European and Japanese. The spa is on site and you can use it as a couple alone which is great. View of Mount Fuji obviously amazing.

Some evenings there is no dinner in the hotel and as the majority of restaurants in the area close at five this can be difficult to plan.

Will definitely coming back here again😃

The owner was so helpful, welcoming us with a warm smile and kindness. The food was so delicious prepared by his wife and daughter. We really had a great experience and lovely stay here . We would love to come back again. To all Yoshi San family thank you very much.

Exceptional

The facilities of the hotel are very great and the owner also very friendly! They gave us a Quiche for gift after checking out, it was a very kind of him! The atmosphere of the hotel feels homey and comfortable ❤

We felt like family

The owner Yoshi was quick to respond to my messages and was incredibly kind during our stay. He and his family went out of their way time and time again to make us feel like valued guests. While the hotel didn't offer a shuttle service, Yoshi called ahead and arranged a taxi for my wife and I. It was waiting at the station when we were dropped off! Very friendly. Would recommend!

Relaxing and comfortable

The property was well located with views of Mt Fuji from some public areas. The room was a great size for a couple, with all that we needed and was very clean and secure. We had an onsen and could have had use of the jacuzzi if we wished.

unfortunately the breakfast and dinner was not available and we think it was due to covid restrictions on numbers but we had expected breakfast when we made the booking.

Its 10min walk to the bus station, but not a big deal because you will hve a good view of Fuji-san.

Beautiful view of Moint Fuji The staff is really Kind

Location, if you don't have a car we are far away from the downtown (20 minutes by bus), so because the corona times the accommodation limited breakfast and dinners for some customers and in my case, I couldn't have this opportunity, so it was difficult to find places around to have dinner.
