Not a pleasant experience.

Prices within budget

Dorms are not well maintained. Washrooms had leakage. Beds didn't look clean and the curtains looked dusty. Lobby area and reception were not well lit. Not a pleasant experience overall.

PATHETIC | NEVER COME BACK

The Stay was pathetic. The location is not so great. and the whole property just smells. The beds are not so good. and the whole floor has common washrooms which are again not so good. The common room is so dirty, you don't want to sit there. Not at all worth the money. I have stayed in other goStops properties. and booked this because normally my experience has been good but this property was just worst.

Never stay at goStops Mumbai

Nothing

The lift wasn’t working and there was no one to help. We had to take our luggage all the way to 5th floor. Moreover the room was so small and bed was uncomfortable as it can be

Room was good, bed also comfortable to sleep, terrace is too good, can se the dock fully

I choose 12 beds room, I thought common washroom is their for this 12 people only but washroom is very common that each floor only washroom available, so all the rooms in each floor has to use same washroom Locker lock is too bad, face difficult to lock the the locker Overall good

Better to avoid this place

Has an elevator and the shower had hot water.

Place is run down. After first night we were moved into another room after AC wasn't working. Then AC started to leak water in second room. Room smelled. Location isn't great even though in south Mumbai.

Incredibly overpriced for what it is

The rooftop is really nice (although there is nothing but chairs and tables) The location is ok

It is dirty and not at all well maintaned It looks like the one in the pictures after 20 years of bad management Room was quite dirty and a lot of noise was coming from the street even if we had a fifth floor room

Decent enough stay considering price and the area where I wanted to stay because of my work purpose

Staff's behavior was so friendly and quickly responsive

Locker facility was not up to the Mark, I've found that my locker could be open through other guest's key, afterwords I complained about the problem and they changed my locker but I was having trust issues after seeing that locker can be operated by any others key.

The basic things were in place like cleanliness, good bed and AC. Also location is close to Masjid station.

Wifi was disappointing. Only common area wifi was working. wifi was not working in rooms.

Exceptional

The view from the terrace is breath taking. Location is good and as per Indian standards it's clean. The dorms are well kept and the comman area is good to hangout with fellow travellers.

It can be a bit more cleaner.
