Everything was perfect, they gave us a room shich was recently redecoreted and has everything new. All the staff was very kind, they gave us a gift at the end. We will come back, 100%!!

The position is perfect, it's exactly 5 minutes by foot from the port, near the main plaças in Ciutadella. It was comfortable and the staff was really nice and kind, they even suggested us good place to eat good food at a good price. It's good for families, couples and small groups of friends.

It would have been better a bigger buffet for breakfast and if the window could close completely

Accommodation was good, we went to check in at Hostal Ciutadella and the staff sent us to a second hotel they have very closed by which was better and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is simple, not luxurious and had everything we needed. the location is really good, in the heart of Ciutadella old town.

it was very expensive for a 2 star hotel, but it was worthy.

Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

The room smelled like cigarettes, and when we told reception they shrugged it off. The AC made a very loud rattling noise, so we had to turn it off at night. Finally, our room was on the street side which is quite noisy, even with double glazing (we heard cars, scooters, and drunk people passing by during the night).

Fantastic location right in the heart of Ciutadella! Excellent value and well equipped for the price you pay. Don't let the word "hostel" put you off as it definitely feels like a hotel; there's housekeeping each day, a fridge, safe and TV in the room, soaps and shower gel provided in your private bathroom... everything I needed for a few nights stay. Friendly staff, accommodated my late check in, and held onto my luggage after check out as I had a late flight. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The location was excellent - in the old town, 2minutes walk from the cute fish market. it was quiet.

We would have liked to have a kettle.
