The hotel has a sense of design as a whole. From the reception to all the staff, it is very kind and has a good service attitude. You can make an appointment for the spa pool on the top floor of the hotel and enjoy a pleasant dinner time on the top floor. Because we wanted to check out earlier, the hotel also prepared breakfast for us.Overall, it is a great accommodation experience.

The sound insulation is slightly worse.

The breakfast and overall food in the bar/restaurant was great. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The most soft bed i ever tried in hotel. And the staff were great, very helpful. Especially Charlene from the reception and Lina from the Spa :) would definitely comeback.

The the stuff are really nice and helpful. The front Desk are very professional. The waiters are very good .The food and drinks was amazing but $$$.

There’s no parking area in the area. The location is hard to find. Elevator is so slow. I’m they have stairs. The rest room is so tight .

Food, the ambiance and most of all the bed. It’s the comfiest bed ever!

Absence of a working table. For someone who travels for work, this is a must
