Smell in the room

It's clean. But that's it.

I booked a double deluxe room for me and my wife. The front desk staff told me it's a twin room. I showed her my confirmation details, she insisted they were the same. We know they're not, but we obliged. The elevator floors are problematic. See it for yourself. The standard room (for the driver) was so cramped and there was no window. (This one is hilarious) They provided packets of instant coffee, creamer and, and sugar beside the cups and bottles of water. But there's no heating pot provided. The main lobby door is always locked. You have to wait for the staff (sometimes kids) to open it up for you. Not enough parking spaces. But yes, it's really clean and the beds are somewhat comfortable.

Our room had a weird layout, limited options for breakfast (we did not avail of breakfast even if it was included in the room reservation)

It's close to Tourist spots, overlooking Mayon Volcano, very accommodating staff, very clean rooms.

The bed is sagging, there are no hooks/towel bar in the bathroom but very minor issue.

Spacious room and relatively quiet. Pillows are.comfy too! Staff are efficient and friendly as well.

Takes a.while for the room to get cold.

Deafening AC, mattress sags in the middle when you lay down, cockroach welcomed us in the toilet when I opened, front desk not helpful when I complained about the deafening AC sound.

The staff are very accomudating and the rooms are great and specially the bathroom the best

Very comfy place to stay and very clean place.Once you check in here you can experience a good stay and the staff are very nice and accomudating.I highly reccomend this place to the traveller like me.

I like that its close to where my work should be. And that they accomodated my request for so early check in. I also like that the room was clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were really accommodating.

Wifi is not working. Yet the signal was also bad. I was alone but I booked for a double bed for I am expecting a bigger bed even. They gave me 2 single beds. ACU was a bit noisy and there was no rag for the floor. Also the main door was most of the time locked but the staff will open it for you. I just don't like that I have to oblige them everytime I went out. The door lock on my room was a little loose as well.

Wifi is good, view is good. Room is clean. With free coffee and water. With shower heater.

Some room is not okay.
