the staff was very racist! one guy swindled my husband of €200 after he was asked to help source flowers on Valentine’s Day he brought 1 rose stem and 3 macaroons only with no apology. a shopping bag with cosmetics went missing too

the first day on my check in I moved the sofa to create a space and I found under it a dirty socks? and the sofa had dirty spots on them! what kind of housekeeping if the floors are not vacuumed and moped?? I called reception to send house keeping to collect and clean. at that time they asked if I want more water! although there was the complimentary water and they did not ask for money? communications was the worst!! I asked for water yesterday, because I used the water in the Rome for tea and coffee, I called reception to ask for complimentary water, however, they brought for me 3 big bottles to pay for? it was 20 Euro or so, I refused, not because I can’t pay it clearly!! but because he did not tell me when I called that he can’t send me complimentary water and I have to pay! why was it ok the first day to get extra complimentary water and yesterday no! is it a hotel role or a working staff desire!! the house keeping who brought the water, told me when I refused the water he brought as it was not complimentary!! and asked him to take it back because I don’t want it “ can’t you bring it out your self” !!! that’s the first in my life! I’ve been to 5 stars hotel all my life, never like this? you have to ask for everything, coffee capsules, shower capsules although it should be daily utilities!!! cups and glasses if dirty never replaced until asking for it and they didn’t bring it for me yesterday when I refused the water?! bathroom robe dirty for 3 days and I put on the floor everyday! to be replaced by housekeeping, however, she hangs it back in bathroom!! I’m sure not coming back to this hotel again, because when I choose 5 star hotels and pay for them I would like to be pampered, relaxed and be surrounded by happy and smiling faces not people who speaks back to me!!

lack of services, no bar no restaurant for 2 days per week. no spirits no other alcohol then some beer and champagne. o my thing a little airplane bottle of Bacardi at 15 euros. so 3 little bottles for a stronger drink and 1 coke was a whopping 52 euros. room doesn’t treat up. we were both with a slight cold and this even amplify it as it was a constant chill although the thermostat was showing 24C for breakfast you have to cook your own egg. boil it yourself. and no other option. no fried, no omelette. mind blowing for a place like this. never again!!!! please save your money and go to a better place. robe dirty on hanger.
