Great location, staff and parking to access main lift

Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast, lovely to have hot bath onsen after skiing. Great night wear too. The only aspect that could make it better is a real espresso machine with barista coffee.

We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was amazing and the room was spacious. They had a van that took us to the ski slope and picks us up!

Great location, excellent skiing

The shuttle was convenient but almost not needed it was so close to the ski resort. Brilliant location and we had a great visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

It was actually a taxi ride into Furano proper (esp. during winter), but on a public holiday when the in-house restaurant was closed, the hotel ran a free shuttle bus in to town to make up for it. We had a lovely dinner.

Excellent all round.

Excellent faclities, quality room, nice hot onsen, good views, shuttle to/from lifts. Wine tasting and very good restaurant. Not 3 star, 4 or 5 star hotel.

Amazing staff that makes stay awesome.

This was one of the most exceptional stay we had in Japan. The staff were attentive and accommodating.

Location is a little far from station, but they do provide shuttles. The shuttles are limited nonetheless.

Loved our stay

A lovely hotel in Furano. Very modern with great guest facilities.

Parking was quite far from the hotel which would have been fine if there wasn’t a blizzard during our stay. The restaurant is also closed on Tuesdays which was annoying but we had a great meal out at a restaurant that the hotel recommended.

Hidden Gem in Furano

Qing from the reception is Awesome - she is very attentive and remember every details Thank you so much for hosting us and ensuring our stay is personal and memorable ! We came as 2 families of 9 people from Singapore and she ensured our check in, booking, breakfast, ski gears keeping are done in efficient manners. Will definitely want to come back here again. Oh yes and not forgetting Kawamura-san who made our check out process and loading the luggages/stuff personal. Keep it up team !

スキー場まで遠すぎず近すぎず、雪景色を楽しみながら歩けるちょうどいいいロケーションです。丘の中腹上に立つホテルの部屋からの眺め。はるか向こうの山まで見えて、五泊しましたが床から天井まである大きな窓で毎日雪が降る景色を楽しんでいました。モダンなインテリアデザイン。ドアノブから壁紙までどこを見てもセンスがある。他のお客さんも写真を撮っていました。ホテル内どこも電球色の照明でアロマの香りがする温かみのあるホテル。一口サイズで種類たくさん。とても美味しい朝食。いつでも気軽に対応してくれるスタッフの方々。ありがとうございました！

It was a pleasant stay.

The size of bedroom was big enough to accommodate 3 adults.

Breakfast could have been better. Food was not replenished fast enough and/or some food was not replenished at all.

Comfy and relaxing place

Located in quiet town, convenient if you drive, and close to supermarket or convenient shop. Room is spacious and clean, quipped with kitchenette, so you can cook and enjoy local fresh food and wine here. This hotel has welcome drink bar, and offer wine tasting till 11pm, you can enjoy till late night. Laundry is free, onsen is clean and nice.

Quaint little hotel, central to most Furano attractions by car

Quaint little hotel/condominium. Offers a good selection in their buffet breakfast. Staff can speak English well and are very helpful. You can sit at their lounge and have tea/coffee or taste some wine.

Not near any restaurants. You’ll need a car to stay here conveniently. The 3 single bed room is quite small.

Unexpected exceptional good stay. Value for money.

seems very clean and newly renovated. Best in the area. Didn’t expect to have such a good quality hotel in this area. There is someone who can speak English.

Nice Wine Hotel with stellar service and great dinner

Free wine tasting and winery tour. Dinner course and buffet breakfast. Excellent service from staff.

The wine sampling corner was under the heater and made the bottles too warm.

Cosy hotel room stay and staffs really helpful.

Staffs were super friendly and approachable when we need help. Complimentary use of washing machine to dry up our winter clothes. Free wine tasting for all guests too!

Fantastic - room, staff, facilities

Loved our room - Hollywood upgrade, bigger than most ski accommodation and definitely big by Japanese standards. Friendly staff who always remembered our room number. Great transfer service too and from the gondola. Free laundry was a surprise. Public bath was lovely. Make sure you check out Country Kitchen (10min walk) for a meal, also Shojikumura (5mins).

Furano Bistro dinner was not great considering the cost and compared to other options in the village. We happily walked down the hill after skiing as the shuttle pick up times were a little late for us.
