Overall great stay!

The location is fantastic right next to the Old Mill District, and 12mn (by car) from the High Desert Museum. I traveled with my children and they loved finishing their day at the indoor pool. We didn’t ski, but we loved the hotel had a ski room to store gear.

Our room was not cleaned during our stay, not sure if that is standard post-covid, but especially with children I would have appreciated coming back to a cleaner room.

Top stay in a modern, well-kept spot in Bend

Very friendly staff, comfy beds and spacious rooms, enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, the bar was nice and modern. Walking distance to Old Mill area. Really enjoyed it, I'd definitely stay here again.

Housekeeping wasn't frequent, I had to ask to get towels changed. Surprised by the $12 per day parking charge, for the price I would have expected undercover parking (rather than an outdoor lot...especially how frozen the ground got, getting in and out was hard).

There are better deals out there

It was nice and clean

The extra fees. $55 for the pet fee and a ridiculous parking fee of $10 to park at the hotel. Plus all the extra fees and taxes it wasn't worth it for me. I will not stay there again since it's so expensive and the fees weren't listed up front

I can't wait to be back in Bend!

The Residence Inn provided free breakfast from 7:00am - 9:30am (The staff shuts down the breakfast area immediately at 9:30am). The location of the hotel was in a quiet part of Bend, but you are not too far from anything. I definitely wouldn't mind staying at the Residence Inn again during my next stay in Bend.

I would like for the breakfast buffet to have more options of food.

Not enough words to express how amazing it was

Kelly was pleasant to work with. Room was excellent and clean. Close to everything we will definitely stay here again.

We were there for a couple shows at the amphitheater, to which it was an easy walk. Excellent weekend getaway.

Clean , surprisingly quiet and early check in was no problem.

Good

Rooms were very big and comfortable, clean facilities and great location close to the old mill area.

They didn’t advise there was a cost for parking until the end, they also didn’t do cleaning at all even when I asked them when it was coming and they said the next day. For the price of the rooms expectations for these two things are higher

Everything was perfect!! Clean, comfortable, well, appointed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was really good. Will definitely judge all other Marriotts based on this stay

Overpriced

Location was excellent. Close to Old Mill area with lots of eateries and shopping within short walking distance. Rooms were quite.

Questions answered, very friendly staff. Clean, spacious room - overall it was great.

The breakfast was fresh and amazing with a wonderful selection. It was a little crowded but they kept everything stocked.

Wonderful visit, minus the parking fee!

The hotel is beautiful, including the hotel bar and fire area outside. The suite was clean and spacious. It was nice to be able to grab some small bites at the bar. The free hotel breakfast was great- loved the cold brew option!

I was very disappointed to find that there was a $10 parking fee. I did not see that online and would love for that to get refunded if possible. And highly recommend advertising this prominently.

The room was really nice with all the amenities. It's definitely a good value the money Breakfast was excellent! They have everything. Bartender was also awsome and nice!

came for CES baseball weekend but will look for another hotel in the future.

the bed was very comfortable

rooms very small, breakfast was not very good. I requested a bathtub days before and was in the description of the room amenities but was not accommodated. Very displeased.

we would have appreciated an all day restaurant. it was too cold to walk. and we didn’t have a car.

I will be staying there again.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. The pool area was very relaxing.

I honestly couldn't think of one thing that was not perfect. The breakfast had plenty of choices. And the outside seating was very inviting.
