It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights in both standard and sea view room. We loved it. The view from the sea view room was spectacular. The hotel staff were very welcoming and supportive. They tried to helps us in every small matters during the stay. Restaurant staff were very helpful, and service minded. Big shoutout to Ashikur and Alak from the Restaurant. The Breakfast itself was kind of average but the view makes it up. Wow such a view. We enjoyed the Swimming pool Aqualuna, which is opposite of the hotel. All in all, great location, best hotel staff, superb view. We will come back to this hotel. Rifat//Sweden

Personel podający ciepłe napoje do stolika podczas śniadania. Duży wybór owoców oraz słodkich przekąsek. Personel hotelu sympatyczny i bardzo uprzejmy. Welcome drink w hotelowym lounge bar dla gości w cenie pobytu (napoje do wyboru). Na korytarzu dostępna woda pitna do samodzielnego uzupełniania butelek. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko przystanek autobusowy, dużo restauracji w okolicy i sklep w budynku otwarty 24/7. Telewizor z funkcją cast.

Śniadanie smaczne, ale mały wybór (śniadanie angielskie) i monotonne. Maszyna do kostek lodu na 3 piętrze była dostępna, ale nie działała. Pokój (jak na superior) całkiem mały.

Fantastic place to stay in Gzira, explore Malta and rest in the restaurant with the view on Valetta.

The room was very cleaned and modern - the beds were very comfortable, there were dryer or iron. Breakfast were delicious and the view from the restaurant is simply outstanding. The staff is very kind. Big plus also for wellness lounge with sauna and small swimming pool.

Ok, but expensive.

The air con is good and that is important as One cannot Open The Windows um the summer. Breakfast os also good.

Location is not fantastic. The swimming pool is across the road, very noisy, and open ONLY from 10 to 18h00

Good location, easy access to Valleta by ferry, the pool was convenient

The room was small, and there was no place to leave your things in the bathroom. Breakfast was really crowded most of the days

Perfect

The breakfast was good. I liked especially the chocolate pudding, the croissants, the chocolate spread and the hot chocolate. The area in Which wad the hotel was pretty good and you could travel by bus.

It was quite difficult to connect our phones with the tv and the pillow on the 3rd bed ( the master= 2bed) wasn't good and comfortable compared to the ones that the master bed had. Hopefully i changed my pillow with one from the master bed as there were 4 in total. So me and my friends were all after comfortable.

Great location. Close to the variety of restaurants and to main traffic hub

We booked two rooms and separate beds. We got one room with a double bed and an additional single bed and a second room with double bed to which another single bed was added a day after we checked in Rooms had windows to an internal peer and to be closed night and day to keep privacy

Very good

The breakfast was great with a good variety. I enjoyed the view from the breakfast area. The room was comfortable and the amenities were very good.

I booked the deluxe room with a balcony thinking that it would have a view of the water like the advertised picture. Instead, we were facing into the back of a building.

Excellent stay and good VFM.

Great location on harbour front; good breakfast. Good sized bedroom. Good value. Fantastic views from 9th floor bar/ breakfast room. Friendly staff. Offer of free welcome drink (not taken up).

Bathroom shelf on RH side of basin a bit close to toilet. Had to ask for 2nd bar soap. Only 1 bottle of water left for v2 people, minimum coffee sachets left.

The staff was so nice and friendly, the location was great. Breakfast was delicious and it has halal food. The view from the terrace was amazing. We didn't have time to try swimming pool. I strongly recommend.

Breakfast coffee wasn't good sadly really needs a taste test by someone. Tried it a few times. Saunas didn't work and booked thinking they did.

have never complained about a hotel but avoid this one

the location was great

the staff were so rude I asked a member we of staff about my view I did not expect an upgrade or change but it was awful looking at concrete walls and pipes when I mentioned it to them they were so unhelpful and anything else I wanted assistance with they were rude and unprofessional

Water and Sewage Instalations

I liked the location, the breakfast and the stuff

I did not like the airconditionig system because of 19*C that they set to all rooms and you cannot set as you wish. Its okay to sleep at 19*C but if outside is 15 or 16*C then 19*C during the stay at evening or afternoon is cold. Also water and sewage instalations I did not like. often the shower tub or sink gets clogged

Perfect position for exploring Malta

We had a room with a great view, position of the hotel was perfect, close to buses and boats. Very good breakfast with a view to a sea and Valetta. Sandra in the breakfast room was great - give her a raise! Bed was good.

Room was really small, pillows were flat and it hurt my back. There was no room for toiletries in the bathroom, I had to keep everything on the top of the toilet and no room for shower gel in the shower. Cleanliness could be better all over the hotel. It just seemed like it was very run down by constant use.

Budget option in great localization

Staff was amazing, super nice and helpful. Welcome drink was a nice touch. Hotel's location is excellent.

Wellness center is not really a 'center' - pool is a square of 3mx3m, less than 1,5m deep. No hot tub, wet sauna was out of order.

Great stay - Great Value for money and location

Helpful staff. Great location. Access to the Aqualuna definitely lived up to expectations. Breakfast was okay-ish. Rooms were lovely too.

The steam room was out of order. The sauna was busy every time we visited, but that's outside of their control. The rooftop pool was quite small, but okay since there is access to the Aqualuna. Breakfast wasn't great, but free. Rooms were a little unclean, notably the floor. Our one year old had dirt all over the bottom of his feet after walking around the room

Fantastic stay, perfect płace and nice hotel stuff.

Stunning view from balkony, fantastic location, very clean and stylish. Great kitchenette, spa zone and breakfast.

Taste of water (cafe and tea)but it is specific in Malta.
