Nice location, average accommodations

Loved location and the back patio area

Wifi was not secure. Floors were so thin I barely got any sleep due to person above us walking around till 2am. Breakfast just ok. Tv all messed up- times and shows didn't match, pretty aggravating. $75 dog fee is excessive.

Staff was nice but felt uncomfortable in the room

I thought the staff was very nice, professional and welcoming. The building inside and outside was very clean. The breakfast bar was really nice too. Pool was clean.

My complaint comes to the room. Upon arrival the room was very clean and the air conditioning was set at 61. Which was too cold. But no big deal, we just turned up the temp and left for a little while. The main issues was the microwave did not work. you could tell there was a fire in it and instead of replacing it, it was just unplugged. The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows fell flat as soon as we put our heads on them. The tile area in the bathroom and the Kitchen area were very slippery due to the high humidity that was in the room. Even with shoes we felt unsafe. When we pulled out the sofa bed, it touches the main bed and left no room to walk around. My husband had to climb over the bed just to go to the bathroom or go back to his side.

Nice hotel, great staff, river view rooms.

Breakfast was exceptional with a large variety. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Our room faced the river so it was a very nice view. If you like river views. We would stay again.

Would stay again provided parking lots lights work.

The property had no outside lights in the parking lot. It was very dark at night. Very uncomfortable as a women.

My stay was just ok . more than likely I will not book again

I can’t really say that that was much to really brag about.

The staff wasn’t asked friendly, especially at the front desk. I had to wait standing holding my phone in reach around the corner to say hello hello. There was only one lady at the front hall was very nice and pleasant. She worked at night. And there was a 6’8 guy one morning who is very pleasant other than that everyone was not welcoming. I was very disappointing that Housekeeping did not service us and I had to go down to the front desk to get all new fresh towels. Our trash was overfilled. It just was not cleaned so the next nights sleep was not pleasant.

The location is excellent. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was a full refrigerator and a microwave in the room along with a two eye range top. All was a plus.

Quick weekend stay!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very professional. They answered and resolved all questions and concerns.

I don’t know what was going on with the a/c on the hallway, but it was extremely hot & humid. Also my room was damp. The walls were sweating & the bed felt like it was damp from the excessive humidity in the room.
