This is my second time staying at this hotel very pleased with my stay we checked in and out using the self service mach

Very clean, updated, nice city view, quiet place and comfortable bed

My pillow was too high if only they had extra low pillows

Absolutely a excellent experience

Staff was very friendly , I arrived with my car thinking where I’m going to leave it but everything was done for me , I didn’t need to worry , the cost of the parking was very fair, the bed was excellent , we were very happy to stay in ibis hotel

I don’t think we were able to purchase a drink from the bar , late at night , my husband wanted to have a beer but he didn’t want to go out to get something, saying this , it could be our fault for not reading all your information, but it was ok , perhaps the fridge in the room could have few drink ?? We would be more that happy to pay at the time leaving

La posizione perfetta, check in facile, la camera un po’ piccola ma lo sapevo. Hotel della catena, con le comodità minimal ma perfette per me

Unica nota negativa, sono le pareti delle camere veramente sottili, quando i vicini entrano o escono tutto vibra nella camera e di sentono sbattere le porte.

Hidden gem! Perfect location and price!

The size of the room, the friendly staff, ease of booking, checking in/ out, all information provided on how to operate tv, room service and restaurants was clear and in written format. Essentials provided in room. room was quiet. location was perfect and easy to find. location for shopping, theatre was ideal. Will be returning and recommending!

A throw blanket in room would be nice. while I was sitting on the couch watching tv, I was looking for a blanket for my legs. I didn’t want to eat/ drink in bed. I travelled light and got wet in the rain so my jeans were wet.

A extranjeros nos sale más caro!

El hotel está muy bien, todo nuevo y bien situado. El desayuno muy variado.

Te cargan en el precio de la habitación un depósito de 100$ y no es que hacen un bloqueo si no que lo cobran y dicen que en pocos días al salir lo devuelven. Salí el 16 de Noviembre y a 25 aún no he recibido la devolución. Además siendo moneda extranjera el banco hace el cambio y pierdes dinero por su capricho de no hacerlo en modo bloqueo y que se libere después.

Slightly disappointing stay in Melbourne, which was my fault for visiting in school hols, on a long.

Ok. Coffee not hot. Not able to access room service, as it was not a personal service. Oysters not available for happy hour as advertised, as a party of 40 got there first. Unable to buy a newspaper and none offered at the hotel.

As Above. Hotel was smart and staff friendly. Dinner at Pretty Boy was delicious, with good service.

Perfect but small

The location was fantastic, close to public transport and major shopping district.

I didn't like the room size for the price per night. It was quite small and lacked privacy from fellow traveller.

10/10. Very comfy beds, very clean, modern room, crisp TV, good fridge, nice kettle/tea area, beautiful rainfall shower!

Literally nothing. It's our favourite place to stay when we come to Melbourne!

Privacy was an issue sharing a room with my daughter with open plan toilet and shower but were able to work around that by one vacating at shower time probably should have booked 2 rooms all in all a good stay

Best location ever !

The location of the hotel is excellent, City center is close less than 10min by foot and from there you can either use the free tram or commute to other locations via transport. The staff was helpful, either at checking/checkout, the restaurant, the concierge…

Nobody proposed me to join the accor membership, which was done in my next stay, I could have cumulated more points.

Clean room. Amazing location. Quick easy check in and out process.

It was an amazing hotel and I will stay again. One downfall, I called twice in one night for items to be brought to my room. They never arrived. Other than that great stay.

The entry lane was not very appealling. The room was small with the bathroom hand basin in the bedroom. Not enough room to place suitcases and clothes. And the wardrope without doors

Great location and facilities, good choice for a few nights

Amazing location, tea and coffee facilities in room, staff were lovely and helpful, room service is available, bed was comfy, room was clean, nice view, fridge in the room, pretty good value for money but the location is the main draw

Just a couple of small things but the bed takes up most of the space in the room and the bathroom isn't very big if that's something you need, not much sink counter space, only space for bags is the closet but the ironing board takes up a lot of that space and only just fit my large suitcase
