Clean, Convenient and close to town.

Location is easy to find off Junction 6 of the I 15. The hotel is relatively new and very clean ad tidy throughout. The staff were very knowledgeable and courteous. The young lady working reception, Clarissa, was lovely. We traveled with our small dogs and was accommodated with our request to be on the ground floor, close to an exit. The free breakfast was another nice feature. The breakfast area was kept well stocked and very clean.

Overall, a very nice trip with a comfortable and clean place to stay.

Good location with easy access to freeway.

Breakfast start time was 7am and hot food wasn't out until 7:15am. Would have liked to have been a little earlier.

Comfortable modern option if you don’t mind the highway

Nice facility, new and clean. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Right on the highway so earplugs were required for sound sleeping.

Just ok.

Games, however they needed replaced

The bathrooms were dirty. The shower was not clean. If they did spray cleaner, it was definitely not wiped off. You could see streaks all over the doors. The shower head was horrible.

Not for Europeans or people with allergies

- Affordable - large room - Bathtub

- Windows glued shut and cannot be opened, with air centrally conditioned, which was a recipe for disaster for my allergy. - the air con unit was inside the room and large chunks of accumulated dust was hanging out the vents - Breakfast room was colorful but breakfast was basic and identical all days (scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, milk, coffee) We checked out 1 day earlier because of my allergies. The lady at the front desk was just tone deaf "Oh, honey, poor you, have a nice day!"

Nice place

The rooms were clean and the lobby breakfast area was nice

Our room was on the freeway side of the building, so the traffic noise was too loud. If we stay again, we would request a room on the other side.

great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, friendly, but VERY young front desk staff. Parking was well lighted and felt safe. Everything there was quiet and well organized. Breakfast bar more than adequate.

Front desk personnel was neat and friendly. However they were very young and not knowledgeable about area, restaurants, etc. It was a very rainy day and Tuachan cancelled performance (reason we were in town)

Would stay again!

Parking was spacious, pool was open and empty, beds were so comfortable, showers were spacious and water pressure was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was always friendly!

Hot tub wasn’t working. Water was Luke warm, jets were broken. Body wash in shower still had cap on, so we called to have it removed housekeeping never came but the girl at the front desk did and that was appreciated!

Superb

Breakfast was good, but they could have used at least 1 more pancake machine.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was a little suffice mold on the bottom of the shower door and a long hair on the back of the door.

Convenient location but not very clean nor hospitable staff

Location to the freeway.

The bathroom had “remnants” from the previous guest. The air conditioning unit was kept the room comfortable but it was noisy. The TV channel guide had no descriptions so I had to flip through the channels to see what was on. Like we did in the 70’s & early 80’s.

Really comfortable, convenient location

I liked how clean it was. It’s also on the newer side so it has a lot of amenities. Really comfy bed. Flat screen tv in the larger side. I like the convenience of the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Breakfast was was really good and complete.

It was a great place to get a good night's rest before continuing our journey.

We've stayed at Tru by Hilton's before and expected cleanliness, comfort, and a quality breakfast. All these we received including friendly staff.

Can't think of anything.

Nice place overall, but breakfast needed to be better staffed, with food available until the end of the breakfast hours

Nice new property with fun, decor, and comfortable beds

It was frustrating, because breakfast goes until 9 AM and even though we arrived at 8:40, much of the food was gone and they were not replenishing it. If breakfast goes until 9 AM, all options should be made available until 9 AM. There was a line of about 10 people waiting for more Eggs and bacon, which never came. Also, there was some hair in the showers and it wasn’t super clean in the bathroom.

Bathroom had a great shower and it was clean. Good area for dogs. Had to find out on my own that they had breakfast which was adequate.

Our room was tiny, hardly any room to move around and it wasn't due to any furniture, since they didn't have any. Had a long one foot wide ledge to use. Floors super sticky, (I washed part of floor to help get the sticky off) bathroom wallpaper falling off, walls dirty, needs to be repainted. Checking in, the reservationist never said anything about having breakfast for the guests. Prices were higher then the other company hotels we stayed at during that trip. And those hotels were great, BW, lodge at deadwood and hampton. Would never stay at a Tru by Hilton again.

Great place to stay - warm and friendly staff

This is a great option in St. George, UT. I travel through frequently - it's typically tough to find a place because St. George is so popular. I highly recommend this property, especially for families. Sarah was working the front desk when I checked in - she is a great ambassador for the hotel!

costly for location room bare staff outstanding and facility clean

Staff was excellent facility was clean. pool and spa nice. breakfast was simple but very good. my room was very sparse no table or desk just bed 1 round chair Rv on wall. seemed like missing items I took video.

easy parking, large room, hard surface floors, fair price

bathroom had the sound of water running constantly in the wall. (weird). air conditioner super loud. No microwave and the fridge froze items solid. also I booked a king room and got 2 queens.

Very good

Parking, You let busses park horizontal in parking stalls instead of on the street. My Wife and I had to walk with luggage to the hotel and park quite a ways away. When I told the staff about it they said sorry is all. Car stalls are for cars busses can park on the streets.
