Sorry The eggs had no taste. The Bacon was good but paper thin and theWaffles were good though.

I had a hard time finding a person to register us when we got there. I waited about 20 minutes then after we had about 6 people in line to register I went back and found a person in the laundry room to go find an atendant. by the time i got out front there was a line at the counter so I left and went to eat and came back later.

Shower water pressure the worst I’ve ever been in in a hotel. Bath towels as rough as sandpaper.

The breakfast buffet was really good. Some days the items ran out and didn’t get filled until you asked them to be.

The elevator broke down and it was difficult cause we had family on the 3rd and 4th floors and it was tough climbing the stairs. My husband is disabled and he couldn’t take the steps other than to get to our room on the 2nd floor. I believe that there should be another elevator as backup.

It was very clean, spacious, comfortable a relaxing atmosphere.

That late check-out is inlet 1 hour after regular check out. We had a late flight, would have been nice if late check-out was around 1 pm.

The room size was perfect. It was quite on the property

I liked the friendly service and the beautiful property. The gym and laundry room was very helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed that was it essentially a little apartment for us. Very cozy, quiet, and prominate location to Nashville without being IN Nashville.

The elevator was a little scary.

Breakfast was wonderful every day, patio was pleasant and a great place to relax (despite the continual smoking by guests), beds were very comfortable, water pressure great, loved having the kitchen and full fridge, great pillows and all around service from the kind staff at the front desk. Our family of 6 was very comfortable and had a great stay while being displaced from our home.

The bathrooms and stairwells could have been cleaner, and it was challenging to get cleaning service. We were there 12 days and they only made the beds a few times and we never got an actual full cleaning after the 7 as advertised.
