Great coffee bar

A little pricey - but that's Boston!!

Great location!!

Room quite small for 4 adults. Little mouse in reception area. Expensive enough to not include breakfast. But….Dunkin was close by….

Safe area, clean, helpful & friendly staff.

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable beds.

Only thing I can think of is that housekeeping came at various times, sometimes 11 and sometimes 3 when we wanted to put our feet up for a bit.

It had a great location. We were able to explore Boston on foot, which is the best way to do it. We could walk to the Aquarium. It was also a short drive to the Jamaica Pond parkrun, which was the highlight of our trip.

It was not clearly signed, so we ended up circling the block to find it.

We did not eat at the hotel but the espresso bar looked lovely. The staff were hospitable and friendly, they allowed early check in, the valet was professional.

I paid $60 for valet parking + tip of course and because we needed to leave very early the next day that meant the car was parked on the street so we could access it. It seems a bit expensive for this.

Location

One of the two elevators didn't work, emphasized by a front desk shrug that it was no big deal. It was. The one elevator was always packed. Once it took 9 elevator passes to be able to get on with my luggage. The bathroom barn-type door didn't close all the way, leaving a three inch open gap. The front desk said they would see if something could be done...it wasn't. The room darkening curtains don't go all they way to the ceiling, letting a significant amount of light through. The front desk said, "Yeah, we know about that." The hotel restaurant is an embarrassment to restaurants.

It was next to everything!

The maid staff would start very early and make a ruckus. It sounded like they were playing Bangos at 6:30/7 in the morning. I couldn’t even sleep because of it.

Locations is downtown and walking distance to Everything.

One working elevator and water pressure in shower was a little harsh.

Their crisp, clean linens. Overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Only one of the two escalators is functioning. Gets too crowded at the lobby on peak hours

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They are literally the best people I met in the U.S.

I just hope the shower room is bigger.

Great location. Fifteen minute walk to everything Boston-North End, Seaport, Theater District. Lots of eateries minutes from hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel bar was very nice for a late night cocktail.

The property is right on the Freedom Trail, close to just about everything a tourist could want to do in the city.

There is only one working elevator on the property and it is small, slow, and usually full. Be prepared to take the stairs unless you are willing to wait 10+ minutes. The rooms are also LOUD. There was a metallic banging from things going up and down the elevator all night and construction on/across the street.

Great location and friendly staff.

Tiny room. Could not stand at foot of the bed if my husband wanted to pass by. The shower was right inside the room door. No privacy.Lots of street noise like construction across the street, street musicians and honking horns in the middle of the night.

Staff, location, bed is very comfortable.

No place to hang jackets at the entry of the room. Not enough place to hang clothes and towels. Surprisingly few hooks in the room - only two. No mug or glass is provided, only two paper cups.

Even though it was in the city center it wasn’t loud. Quality room.

Das Hotel ist sensationell: die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht sehr gross, jedoch äusserst funktional und durchdacht eingerichtet. Es beginnt mit zwei verschiedenen Typen von Kopfkissen, funktionalen Möbeln, Bademänteln und kleinen Nachtlichtern. Ausserdem war es für ein Innenstadthotel recht ruhig im Zimmer.

Es gibt nur ein Valet-Parking für $57 pro Tag. Übers Wochenende (Freitag ab 4pm - Sonntag) ist das Parkieren in der Garage Post Office Square mit $9 pro Tag preiswert und eine günstige Alternative und zu Fuss ist das Hotel in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

The hotel's location was perfect -- I enjoyed being so close to Quincy Market and the subway.

The sliding door for the bathroom was difficult to use -- heavy and hard to move. The plastic strip at the bottom of the shower door was broken, so water got on the floor. Everything else was great!
