It was cold.

The kitchen was well equipped. Good television.

When we arrived we were told that there was no heat but a repairman was coming. The repairman came and informed us that the heating element was broken. He left without making a repair and we never heard from him or the owner again. The overnight low was 29 Fahrenheit that day. I wore five layers of clothing to stay warm enough to sleep. We received no apology from the owner. Needless to say we were not impressed. As other people mentioned, the couch was in bad shape and the shower faucet seemed to be missing a screw which made it difficult to operate.

We had a nice stay and our host was helpful.

The location is literally across the street from the beach and a cute cafe. It was clean and spacious.

Both evenings there was live loud music outside.

Affordable, clean and close it beach!

Very close to the beach, affordable and owner was very nice. It was clean and smelled great!

I think it was very nice but a few things could be improved but nothing that impeded a great stay!

Very good for the price!

It was a cute little place, for the price you can’t beat it. it was very clean and had everything needed to make for a decent stay.

There’s a bar behind the condo. It’s only loud from 6-10ish and then they shut it down. The pull out bed isn’t in the best shape. I had planned for my teenagers to sleep on it but had to put them in the bunk beds because the pull out slants down and the bar can be felt through it. I think the frame on the couch is broke. Other than that it was fabulous for the price!

we made it so we could enjoy this vacation.

it was close enough to the beach

first we walked in and it was not clean. we ended up buying our own bedding, bedding were covered in sand, we bought a new shower curtain since the one on there was so disgusting. it needs a dehumidifier, the moisture in the building was horrible and I have Terrible allergies to mold and mildew and I was sick the whole time. we made everything work because I always tell my kids to just look at the positives so my daughters and I cleaned the first day we arrived so we could then enjoy the rest of our vacation.

This condo gave us more for our dollars than hotel stays.

This was our first stay on SPI that wasn't in a hotel. Boy were we missing out and didn't even know it. My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay at this property! We were given much needed and helpful information regarding our stay prior to arrival. We had plenty of space. 2 adults and 2 children. Loved being able to cook our meals. Condo was spotless. Short stroll to the beach. Would definitely book again!

It was almost perfect.

It was very cute and comfortable. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We liked the location to the beach.

I wasn't feeling well one day and just wanted to rest that night but the "karaoke bar" underneath my window was annoying.

Over-all, a great place to stay and will definitely be back.

I thought the condo had great ambience. It was super cute, well decorated and very convenient. My daughters absolutely loved the bunk beds. The beach access was awesome. Less than 5 minutes to walk there. We absolutely loved it.

I only have 2 complaints. The master bed, I would say, needs replacement already. Both my husband and I didn't sleep well. And the water pressure wasn't the greatest.

All in all it was a nice stay, when your at the beach you can't complain

Location was perfect. And price was fair for what I needed.

The pull out sofa mattress was really thin. It made the couch sink in. Thermostat was confusing. But I'm not good with technology stuff.

The place was cute and in a great location to everthing.

It was 3-4 flights of stairs up. I've got a bad knee but it was manageable. Couch seemed broken and was a bit uncomfortable to sit on.

The Apt was a great location close to beach. Very clean and cozy.

Only issue was folks staying at other properties behind the Apt were out by the pool talking and yelling loud couldn't sleep Fri and Sat, were out late.

Great vacation

Loved the location of everything at walking distance. Facility was clean. And spacious. Great for our family vacation.

It was a great location!

It was so close to the beach, that was amazing! the apartment is also decorated very nicely, love the colors. Everything you need is there!

The bed couch in the living room is broken and two of our guests slept with their upper bodies going down and feet up for 3 nights on that thing. That was not great at all.

Due to the noise from the bar and customer service I would not stay again.

The location and the place was clean.

There is a bar located behind the place and every night from 8 o'clock to 10 o'clock there was music playing loud and after that the crowd from the place could be heard for hours. The TV's didn't work correctly. We would not ev we n been able to use them except for the nice neighbor who helped us with a work around. Also it was to have a hair dryer so I didn't pack one. Own we said he would send one but never did. Again the neighbor lent me hers for the whole stay. The garbage deposer was also broke. Called the manager but no answer. Also when I called the owner he said he was in a different time zone.

It was clean and had all the things you need to cook. Washing and cleaning materials were available. Plenty of space with a homey feeling. Everything was walking distance

I thought it had a pool when I booked. Was a little disappointed but we survived.
