Превосходное месторасположение - и это единственный плюс. Завтрак в соседнем кафе. Хороший - но очень долго ждать, если заняты два столика - один сотрудник уже не справляется.

Average property for the price I paid. Not happy with the maintenance of rooms, it felt dirty.

Nice City Hotel at Assi Crossing

Nice rooms with little saloon and comfortable bed. Good showers and fridge.

That we had to pay extra for the child bed even tough it consisted only in a mattress laid on the floor.

DO NOT STAY unless you like spending money and enjoy noise.

Location is convenient

It is on the main street. The car, bike, music, shouting, talking ,singing, the noise never stops (12am to 5am was quite). I can even hear it clearly even with the noise cancelling headset on. DO NOT STAY if you don't like noise. It is also OVER PRICED. It's almost the price of a 5 star hotel in a low season. Not worth the price.

Hotel cómodo y correcto.

Habitación luminosa con doble estancia amplia. Bien situado muy cerca de Assi Ghat donde poder ver las ceremonias Aarti. El desayuno se hace en el local de al lado y te permite elegir entre mucha variedad india y continental.

El baño tiene la ducha en el medio y hace que se moje todo haciéndolo un poco incómodo.

Perfect stay! Perfect location, clean, ample, A/C room. Would come back!

The staff was fantastic and the location was perfect. Walking distance from one of the main ghats, and convenient to arrive in uber from the airport. Staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the room was ample, clean, and perfect A/C and working elevator. It was a gem to find this place. I also arranged a late checkout by paying an extra fee, which was very helpful.

It was really good! A bit complicated for some cars to get there, but it's not an issue of the hotel, but just how Varanasi was organized then.

The location and the staff.

The bathroom in one of the rooms had a broken toilet flush and had to wait till the next day to change the room. Certain spots of the room weren't cleaned properly. The pictures of the room on the website look better than in reality.

Small hotel with only 5 rooms. Staff is not professional and hardly pick up phone at reception. Very less guidance on places to visit in local area.

Very centrally located. staff is very courteous.

bathrooms specially the shower is a bit cramped. it’s a no nonsense drill free space. beds are short. my feet were dangling a good 6 inches and I am just 6ft

A comfortable and happy stay

Size of the room, comfort were excellent. The staff were super helpful, kind and accommodating. Location - Very close to Assi Ghat and next to Assi crossing amidst the heart of the buzzing market. So, getting tuktuk or any kind of public conveyance was simply easy. We will go back again to stay with them.

Rooms.. cleanliness.. location..

Outside food not allowed while they had not provided any menu of their own. They DO NOT provide early check in. Price is too high for the facilities they provide.

Scammed by the staff

Nothing.

Worst of all was that we ordered taxi to drive us to the airport, which we paid right away to the hotel staff. The taxi never came, the staff was uncapable or didnt want to order a new one, but said that our driver is coming in one hour (which was ofcourse unacceptable because we had to go right away, because we had a plane to catch). The hotel staff refused to give us money paid for the taxi back. Horrible experience. Also the hotel is situated on a very busy street and it is unable to sleep, which is the fundamental function and obligation of a hotel to provide. There is also smell in the bathroom coming from poor sewage.

I expected more for the price, however nice stay overall

Location because it is at a few minutes walking by the Assi Ghat, staff is nice, the bed is exceptionally comfortable

The street is very noisy all day long (you must keep ear plugs to sleep), the shower has no curtain wall in a small bathroom as a result it comes flooded with some issue to use it especially in the night

nice hotel! I would stay there again

-well located next to Assi Ghat. perfect if you want to see Ganga aarti at 6:00am. you just have to walk for 5 minutes -big rooms with a living room and dining table -comfy bed -they have room service (a bit pricy but it was good) -hot water worked well -inside locks for extra security -Hotel cafe (next door) has good breakfast and great coffee

-the street is very noisy. make sure to bring ear plugs

Large rooms and great location (apart from the noise!)

Very kind and helpful staff. The owner/manager helped us with our Airtel sim cards and the other staff were always there to help fix any issues we had. The rooms are quite large and have a separate living area next to the bedroom with comfortable seating and a fridge. There was hot water in the bathroom and the bed was quite comfortable although a bit lumpy in places. Breakfast was good and cooked to order plus the staff made a decent cappuccino!

Nothing the hotel can do about this (other than installing double glazing i guess) but it is situated on a busy and noisy road. The horn noise does does die down at night but starts quite early so be warned.
