Was in the town centre and near the hospital, which I needed for my operation. The ground floor unit was great access with no stairs. Food in the pub was nice and big serves 😋 the price was great as well.

The air conditioning was very loud. It worked well with the heating but had to turn it off to sleep.Lighting was a bit too dark with all the lights on. The carpet rug definitely needs a good clean.

Renovated rooms were nice and spacious

The room we stayed in was on top of a nightclub on a Saturday night.

Location is great, within walking distance to all restaurants, shops and cafes. Room was good for a 1 night stay but a bit small for anymore than that. Being able to park the car out the front of the room is handy.

The bed rolled and the gravel driveaway was noisy.

Bed was super uncomfortable, lumpy spring mattress and bed was on wheels. No where to sit and work/have a cuppa. Greeting on arrival was quite rude.

Central location, excellent pub within the hotel. Rooms tastefully furnished.

The Hotel was in a good place, near restaurant for breakfast. The meal was very goodvalue in the restaurant on Thursday night for $15.00.

We had trouble removing the key which the cleaner said you were aware of and the light switch inside the door was very hard to turn off. The carpet square under the bed was not acceptable and was quite dirty. We were origionally booked into room 1 buy ended in six so we had no comparison. We made a booking for thursday night dinner which was in the book but our name was not saved and we were shoved on a dirty table so moved to the next. We did not have a table with 4 chairs which was a bit difficult for elderly people.

Booking dates at hotel on arrival were different to those booked through booking .com....that caused a bit of uncertainty but still were able to proceed with occupancy. Wine stock / availablity was a little disappointing when trying to orde r....ie sold out???

Room to small, sensor light broken on all day and night , had to ask for clean towels , after 2 nights stay requested bun be emptied and teabags replaced
