The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and had everything you need. Very close to the Pulmitan Bus station

Handy location for the bus stations. Friendly reception. They did give us a sandwich to take with us for breakfast as we had to leave before 6am.

There was a problem with their accepting my credit card before we arrived. I got the message that my name didn't match and they would cancel the booking, which was nonsense. All OK after I emailed them back though. Eating facilities in the hotel were very poor (burgers and fizzy drinks), and we couldn't find anywhere good to eat nearby (I don't recommend the Nicaraguan BBQ place). The breakfast sandwich was poor.

Very clean, good facilities, breakfast included, all great value for money. They also organised us a shuttle to the hotel which was great. Room was spacious.

Small breakfast and coffee included Gringos expecting Ritz for 40 bucks No this is a great clean option close to Jaco bus station , Puerto Viejo bus station coca cola .. etc A place to stay over if your coming or going on bus or to or from airport . 7000 Uber to sjo airport at 12 pm

I liked the room it was spacious and I loved that it had its own private corridor which should have some future seating. The beds were comfy , The stay, the staff, and the breakfast were good. Great Value for its price!

The only things I would say I disliked is that the bathroom needs a major upgrade, there was no hot water, and a small roach came out from near the sink area.

First the employee didn’t talk english, even a little bit. It was our last day and after 8 days, it was the first time that we didnt get to communicate with an employee! We got our room where the window was open… without window screen. Luckily we had a/c so we could c’ose the window because in the morning a little bird was knocking on it!!!! I dont want to think what would happen in the room if he entered in.The sheets had some spot on it but smell good. The bathroom was so small that my knee was touching the wall in front if sitting on it. The image on television was all snowy. At least it was just one night. On top, the breakfast was so disgusting - the bread was so hard (might have been made 20minutes before-) the ham seemed fake, nothing was good! We couldnt have milk for coffee! I would not recommend that place

For a budget hotel it was great! Super close to the bus station (MEPE)- literally a 4 minute walk. that was great.

the toilet made funny sounds randomly (bubbling?) which was a little loud, but honestly not too big of a problem. it still worked as per normal

I lost 500 dollars and illegal drugs Cocaine everytime I go to store maid comes in to my room.I even saw her smoking crack while she was working .I even gave her cocaine and she took it.I will never come back to this hotel.lady at the ounter tells me nobody has key to my room .Its a lie she is getting high on my cocaine she was working tonigh.December 8 until 11 pm.they would not show me who went into my room they have CCTV. directly showing my room 103.

I like the fact that they had a restaurant right next door to the hotel. The area where the hotel was located at was not really in a bad area either.

I did not like that you could hear every single noise in the room due to such thin walls. I also did not like the little tiny bugs that my friend and I came across after checking in and leaving our belongings in the room for some time. There was a very bad leak in the bedroom as well that came from the shower. When telling the front desk about it, it seemed as if they knew there was an issue because we did not have to point out the problem. When they came in the room they pointed it out to us and began to put another temporary fix over the issue. I then wanted to switch rooms and try to give them another chance since I reserved the room for 3 nights but they mentioned that they were booked up and I decided to check out. I don't think they liked that idea because all they kept saying was they were fixing the problem and it'll be fine. I mentioned the bugs and they said the same thing. We just wanted to leave and I wanted my money back. That became a problem because they said I booked it on booking.com but they charged me when I got there not booking.com so they could have given me a refund for those last 2 days. Instead, they kept repeating the same thing that they were fixing the problem and not to worry it'll be fine. Safe to say I called my credit card company and went that route to get my money back. Overall, I won't be staying there again and unfortunately, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Good location to the Tica Bus stop. Rooms are simple and plain. I would only stay there for only 1-2 nights as a transition.

Our room had no window and the toilet had a bad smell.

Perfect for our 1st night in Costa Rica. Airport shuttle service was easy to arrange and so convenient and our driver was waiting for us when we arrived. We were getting an early bus from 7-10 terminal the next morning so the location was great - literally a 6 or 7 min walk from the hotel. So convenient having a restaurant in the hotel too which stayed open till 10pm so we could have some food when we arrived.

Not much we didn't like - it was exactly what we needed. It doesn't appear to be in the nicest neighbourhood but felt very safe and did the job!
