Good location, clean, breakfast included is good, personnel is helping and always smiling. There is a guard at night. They also offer to pick you up at the airport for an extra $$.

This was a great hotel with high quality for the cost. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and booked us transfers from Pana to Antigua, then from Antigua to the airport in Guatemala City. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and decorated with the wonderful colors and artwork that is so prominent in Guatemala. There is also a nice courtyard and area to sit and visit with friends or just relax as you plan out your day to explore Antigua.

The location is a little more on the "edge" of popular attractions in Antigua, but still within very easy walking distance and it allows you to see more of the city as you wander through the cobbled streets.

The bed was really nice and the bath was soo roomy.

It has a nice infrastructure but the internal design can be improved of common areas and rooms. Teh Garden is nice but also can be improved. The rooms may be should have AC option, and some better forniture in the bath and the main room.

The room (king suite) was very nice and we were served a delicious basic breakfast. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

As in most of Guatemala, English was not spoken often but through Google translate we communicated. Owner does have good grasp of English. Coffee at breakfast really missed the boat considering Guatemala is famous for it.

Noisy guests.. we stayed in what looked to be an adjourned room and we could hear everything. You will also hear the chicken buses from 5am if you have a room that faces the road.

Beautiful courtyard, friendly staff. Location was not too far of a walk to the central park.

the shampoo, conditioner, soap were not high quality. The towels were small and scratchy.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and very helpful. The típico breakfast was 10/10. They also have free coffee, I loved my breakfast at the hotel.

Very large room with extremely comfortable bed. Fantastic shower with excellent water pressure. Very conveniently located, with everything within close walking distance. Extremely quiet. Excellent value for money.

I loved the breakfast and how quickly we got it too.....and so nice to sit out on their verandah to eat. I thought the room sizes were very good too.....not tiny at all. And very welcoming to our pets.....it was an easy place to be with them. The receptionist was also helpful with my questions about flights and when to arrive at the airport. Also very willing to order food for us or to advise us how to order food.

Our room was very comfortable but didn't have very many electrical outlets.....maybe they could provide electrical strips to help with that.

Sweet little hotel in Antigua with good breakfast and a planted Atrium which looks like a small zen garden. The showers were hot and spacy and the rooms were clean and smelled well. We had a great stay. The reception is open 24h (correct me if I am wrong) and the service was friendly and helpful. We could even leave our big backpacks at the reception until the room was ready for us. Breakfast is served between 7:30 to 9 AM. Would recommend. P.S.: if you need a quiet sleep, try to get a room located away from the street, since the walls are narrow and you can hear the loud chicken busses passing by.

Loved the quiet nature of the hotel and the atmosphere is chill and welcoming. The staff were exceptional. Special shout out to the receptionist who welcomed me and helped with my backpack when she saw I was limping. Very very nice hotel.

I think the rooms on the ground floor don't have windows that face outside but face in to the courtyard so your curtains better be well closed with no chance of natural light. I was offered a room upstairs in all fairness, just pointing out the obvious
