Absolutely perfect

Everything is exceptional. The hotel is chic boutique and bougie. It’s a vibe, the food is outstanding. The hotel staff are incredibly thoughtful and friendly. 15/10 recommend. If your on the fence don’t be. You won’t regret it!

Superb hotel with excellent services

This is a luxury hotel situated on the most famous and most beautiful stripe of beach on the island, 7 mile beach. The property is beautiful, not very big but the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. There are a bar and a restaurant directly on the beach. The staff is sensational, they really make a difference. There are a lot of them and always check your water, your towels, your drinks. We were outside of main season so the beach was not crowded at all, neither were the restaurant and bar. The beach is extremely clean and the water incredibly blue. Very, very, very hot.

Being on 7 mile beach means you do not get a lot of space to yourself. The stretch of beach allocated to our hotel was quite small. I was (perhaps unfairly) comparing this to South East Asia resorts where you have plenty of beach just for yourself. Here everything happens in a very small space. This is the only minus of the hotel and it is not really their fault...

Perfection on Seven Mile Beach!

The amazing reviews of this property are all legit! It is top notch! First of all, you can’t beat the gorgeous Seven Mile Beach. The food is all outstanding - everything we had was delicious. The staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are comfy and spacious. You will not be disappointed here!!

The only negative is that there were no blackout shades on the bedroom windows and the light from the walkway stays on all night, making the room way too bright. I provided this feedback and hope they will take it to heart. In the meantime, take a sleep mask if you need a dark room!

The most amazing staff in the most incredible location!

Incredible location right on the beach - staff went out of their way to make our daughter's first birthday one to remember. The staff are so attentive and the hotel had lots of little personal touches and additions. Loved this place, can't say enough good things about it. Amazing food and drinks, cocktail hour...the list goes on.

Relaxed atmosphere with beautiful tropical gardens and turquoise blue Caribbean Sea.

The room was always clean. The environment was relaxing. What made the stay most memorable were the services, the workers (Moses, Emmanuel, Elena, Davide and others), their attitude and the friendliness.

Exceptional, intimate oasis on Seven Mile Beach

Palm Heights is hands down one of the best hotel/resorts we have ever stayed at. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate you. The hotel, hotel rooms and grounds were immaculate. The food serviced at the hotel restaurant, Tillies, was very good and we had most of our meals there. Palm Heights also provided service (food and drinks) on the beach. Palm Heights is a small resort, about 50 or so items, which gave it a more personal feel although much of that was achieved by the exceptional staff. Palm Heights is like a small, intimate oasis on Seven Mile Beach. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

I was a solo traveler and celebrated my 40th Birthday at Palm Heights Grand Cayman from Mar 8th - Mar 12. Palm Heights is set in a tropical paradise and felt like I experienced heaven on earth. The entire Palm Heights family made my Birthday week memorable. They exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to returning very soon. A special thanks to Daniel, Carla, Maria, Bambi, RoseMarie, Kemka (Photographer), Jake (Chef), Kristina (Massage therapist), Raveena, Akai, Adonis and Francios.

Absolutely great stay.

Perfect!!! The property is located at just the right spot on the 7 mile beach. The staff is outstanding and the services offered are great. Room service and customer service is a solid 10. The onsite restaurant, Tillies is good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A good menu and selection of foods. Overall, the stay was great. We will return and I will recommend to other travelers. Thanks so much.
