Great budget accommodation

it was a great budget hotel perfect for the one night. We really were in and out to catch up with folk before taking off again the next day so didn't really experience a lot.

My bed could have been a bit softer but it was ok.

I would like a full refund

I was not pleased with the cleaniness of the room, there were blood stains on the pillow cases and floor of the room, we asked for more pillow cases and it seemed to be an issue, I truly would like out money back for this room, it was nasty and I was not all pleased

Fair. Breakfast was good, the staff was excellent.

The location was close to restaurants and pretty easy to get to. The staff at the front desk were awesome and very friendly and helpful.

In the room we had, the faucet in the tub had been leaking for some time it appeared (rust color on the tub), and the faucet for the tub was so tightly turned off, it was very difficult to get the water turned on. I’m sure that was so the faucet did not leak. Also in the room, in the part of the ceiling that was over the TV/desk area, had had an apparent leak because there was a huge water stain. We were on the third floor. The other thing that was bothersome was that in the breakfast area, all the beverage machine was out of order so we were unable to fill out water bottles before leaving on the next leg of our trip. The facility is older, which I don’t mind, but some investment should be put into upgrading it.

NEVER WILL RETURN. LOOKS GOOD FROM THE STREET BUT THE FACILITIES ARE WORN OUT

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD

TOILET WOULDN'T FLUSH AND IT TOOK AN ENTIRE DAY TO GET IT FIXED

We'll have to think about staying there again.

The location was good and for the most part the rooms were nice.

We couldn't turn off the fan on the A/C/Heater. There was no light bulb in the floor lamp. The TV remote didn't work at all and neither did the TV when we finally it got on manually. Also, when we received our statement the morning we left we learned we had been over charged $42.31 by Booking.com.

it was our silver anniversary, they made it that much special

clean quiet once we got away from the barking dog. they moved us immediately. really good breakfast, big comfy beds

ok as a last resort for a place to sleep, otherwise go somewhere else

The only upside was that they allowed for an early check in

multiple issues with the room including a non-functioning heater, two phones that were broken, and several others. this was in their executive suite so one would think that they would at least pretend to make the rooms at this tier the pinnacle of the hotel

Disappointing

This property needs some serious TLC!!! Tons of scuff marks on walls and doors! Buckets in the lobby for drips. Thought we were going to get stranded in the elevator as it creaked and bounced around. Hole in bathroom wall. Plumbing in shower was a disaster! Just didn’t feel clean!!!

for the money i should have stayed at a truck stop!

location was good

no maid service, 1st room was uninhabitable and no concession was made for my discomfort. i booked expecting a chair in the room, wrong type not as pictured. the TV remote was broke, the tub was backed up and the refrigerator clanged all night. They wouldnt provide another room till i found other accomadations and was ready to leave. the second room was better but still no chair. stole one from lobby. no maid service. this has allways been included at holliday express!

HORRIBLE !!!

the location was close to facility and reason for our trip. AND THATS ALL THAT WAS GOOD ABOUT IT

They messed up our rooms and so did booking.com. I called numerous of times because the hotel phone was not working. I called their main line AND booking to verify rooms and reservation. When we got there both room reservation was messed up, they were unable to accommodate because they were over booked. I SLEPT ON THE DAMN FLOOR!!! I will never stay at a holiday inn again nor will I continue to use booking.com. They had said that booking sent over the wrong room information. This is the 3rd time booking.com has done that. I’m don’t using!!
