Great location, good facilities but noisy

Location is great. Hotel is clean and facilities good. A lot of young people staying here while we were there

The only issue with the hotel is that it is noisy at night. We were on the 16th floor and there was a lot of traffic and noise from neighbouring venues.

Enjoyed our stay as it was centrally located and an easy walk to shops/markets and restaurants.

Property was clean and well located. The aroma cafe in site was a great spot to grab a coffee and breakfast/lunch.

ベルデスクの方はみなさん笑顔で親切で感じが良かったです。ロビーはいくつもクリスマスツリーが飾られていて子供が喜んでいました。プールが温水ではないので冷たくてほとんど入れませんでしたが、スパという名のジャグジーが併設されていたのでそこで子供は遊べました。部屋にケトルはありませんが、ロビーのウォーターマシーンから熱湯はでます。下に2つのレストランが入っており、どちらも美味しかったです。

チェックイン時のフロントの女性にやる気がなく気分がよくありませんでした。館内の説明についてこちらから聞くまで何も情報がなく不親切でした。テレビで見れるはずのホテルインフォメーションも見れず。あとロビーの天井が低いです。1日40ドル＋TAXのリゾートフィーを取るのに、電子レンジ使用は1日10ドル別にかかるとのこと... パーシャルオーシャンビューにしましたが、探さないと海が見えないほどだったので、景色重視の方はやはり海側に立つホテルを予約した方がいいです。あとこれは個人的なことですが、事前に誕生日旅行ですと予約し、「できるだけのことはしますね」と言われたのに、口頭でハッピーバースデーの一言すらありませんでした。

・ロケーション・眺望（24階のダイヤモンドヘッドと海が見える角部屋だったのが特に良かったです）・リーズナブル

・恐らく部屋が斜めになっている⁈ 　ドア開けて直ぐバスルームに向かって斜めになって　　いる感じです。だからかドアの扉の下に結構な隙間がありました。

Great location

Location was excellent. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly.

Lower floor rooms are exposed to road and entertainment noise. If you want a quiet room stay in an upper-level room or a lower-floor room at the back of the hotel without the views. You won't find a complimentary amenities kit, shower cap etc so take your own. No kettle if you like a cup of tea, coffee pod machine provided but would not recommend it.

Not worth the cost

Great location, 1 block from beach. Managed to get beach towels each day but saw that they ran out later in the day. Refillable bottle and filtered water provided, and swimbag to go to beach. Room well serviced, no robes provided as per pictures and advertising. Luggage storage and bellhops friendly and good service, front desk mediocre. Laundrette available to do own laundry.

It's not an ocean view room, unless you're on the top floor is only ever partial view, expect to view parts of ocean amongst buildings. Had a room on level 9, front of building with slivers of ocean view. Didn't realise the volume of music that would play from cafe/restaurant attached to resort til midnight - not 11pm, so disruptive sleep every night, very noisy. Front desk was mostly unhelpful, didn't provide good overview of facilities, and in room info on tv unavailable, so had to download their app. Resort fee is normal in Hawaii but you never get anything worth the cost. On site cafe is expensive and slow service, better off going elsewhere, also faces right out to pool so people eating get a pleasant view of swimmers and sunbathers. Apart from location, it's not worth the cost. No glassware or cutlery provided, not sure how they've managed to get a high sustainable rating, as they only single use plastic and disposable cups, mugs and coffee stirrers.

夜にはエレベーターの前にきちんと警備員がいたので安心でした。オーシャンビューの部屋からの景色が素晴らしかった。トイレとシャワーが別のところが良かった。

would not stay here again

the room next to 2112 was smoking marijuana and the staff did not enforce the rules of A non smoking policy. Our room was an interconnecting room and smoke was coming through. Additionally they where smoking on the balcony and it was coming into our room.

Stay was enjoyable but not exceptional.

Location excellent. Plenty of quality shops and restaurants right there.

Elevators during peak times were a bit challenging. Pool a bit disappointing.

Beautiful & memorable!

The property was beautiful & super clean!! Right next to the beach & restaurants it was super convenient

The rooms can get a bit stuffy depending on the weather outside but thats not too big of an issue !

Great hotel great location going back again

Location is central to everything, the room was very comfortable and very very clean, the beach was a two minute walk from the building. The Maui Brewing company has great food and is in the hotel, the pool cafe is great and you can order from the chair you are in. Pool and beach towels are accessed by your room key. There is also a hotel shop with souvenirs, drinks ice creams etc. ABC stores on either side of the hotel and Macy's, The Cheesecake Factory and Royal Hawaiian Chopping Centre all with two second walk of the hotel.

The noise from the AC in the building next door meant we could not open the door for fresh air at all. Don't stay on the Diamond head view side, it's too noisy. We had stayed here 12 months ago on the opposite side of the hotel and our view was of the Pink Palace and the hotel pool, much quieter and you can leave the door open for fresh air.

Soundproofing was shocking. Amount of pool chairs available was a joke. Cleaner was great but front desk staff were horrible to deal with.

Centrally located hotel that did the job. No bells and whistles

Great central location. Convenient coffee shop, brew pub and general store all on site. The room we had was spacious. The pool isn’t too bad for kids.

The location of the property is perfect for being in the heart of Waikiki.

I felt considering the price, ammenities could be hugely improved. For example the breakfast cafe, tables are small, uncomfortable & resemble a school setting. No room service options & our room wasn’t cleaned on out second last night, with no explanation given. This is rich considering the extra charges applied to your stay, which is referred to as a “service charge”. Upon enjoying dinner at the bar down stairs, on two differing occasions staff were not welcoming or inviting. 1 female staff member was outright rude.

Generous rooms, great location, family friendly, would definitely stay again!

Location was excellent and we loved our stay. The decor was nicely presented and was bright and cheerful. We liked the pool and the location to the Brewery restaurant and the hotel bar and eatery located near the pool. The rooms were also very spacious and well laid out. The kids particularly rated this hotel and we all agreed that it was MUCH better than the Hilton Hawaiian Village... We stayed at both of these properties for 3 nights each and would definitely come back to the Outrigger Beachcomber.

Prefer it when hotels provide variety of pillows. All our pillows were the same and whilst others felt they were comfortable, i did not.

Beach view at this hotel is a must! The view exceeded my expectations.

I loved that we upgraded to beach view, and that was the best part of the room. Besides from that, it was very tiny and we only managed by being outside more, even on rainy days.

No activities for kids, not even playarea so I am surprised when people say it's "family friendly" the pool was super tiny. The room we stayed in and for that price was super tiny, but maybe that's standards in Hawaii, I don't know.

Superb hotel overall in downtown Waikiki

Friendly staff, very nice hotel in a great location. Junior suite is a great option with ocean views and plenty of space for family of 4

Pillows were very hard, they did replace them when we asked which was fine. Maybe if they had a selection.

大通りに面してるので、それは仕方ないが夜はうるさい。部屋に蟻の行列がたくさんいた。チェックアウトのスタッフ以外感じは良くない。パーキングも他のホテルより税金が高く取られた、なぜだかわからないが。スリッパない。隣の部屋の声も聞こえる。

Wet, glad I went, don't need to go again.

Location was in the heart of Waikiki, literally step out of the escalators onto the main strip, right in the centre of town. Room was nice, needs better lighting though. Beach, well unfortunately we were there for the week of heavy rains, so was not able to swim in Hawaii, that was really disappointing, but you can't control the weather.

Noise of construction all day and evening. Streets are a bit dirty especially on the roads off the main strip. I hate tipping, it is non-sensical to Australians. Happy to tip for exceptional service, but when expected at every financial interaction with poor service. You also have to tip when ordering via QR codes, ridiculous, no one has served me but I still need to tip. Stupid system.

We will be back.

All staff were awesome, location was perfect, love the decor around the property and rooms. Spa/swimming pool are great for a chill day, laundry on site, cafe on site, and the gym is also great. Beach is a 2 min walk and so close to many shops for food or shopping. We had a great 12 night stay and highly recommend for families.

Room was quite comfortable and the hotel is in a great location - surrounded by dining options and near the beaches

The hotel is immaculately clean, and the beds are super comfy. I definitely recommend upgrading to ocean view. The hotel also has the best location just across the road from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants close by.
