Had a great stay there although the storm and bad weather/ winds did put a damper on things.

Great central location. Excellent maid service. Very friendly customer service .

Having a tv schedule showing what different channels are available. Having a coffee machine in room would be nice to have in each room to make coffee ,pool was closed but understandable due to bad storm all three days of our stay.

The staff and housecleaning was wonderful. I will definitely be staying again. The cost was very good for the great service.

Had a great time

Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was nice and big for 2 adults and one child. They have soap dispensers in the shower and by the sink which I though was a smart idea. Rooms where nice and clean.

Bathroom was small but manageable.

Loved the Shangri-la!

The room was bigger than some places I've stayed in the past, great for the two of us. The small kitchen area was just what we needed. All areas nice and clean and pool was great! Exceptionally friendly staff!

Loved the Shangri-la motel! I have nothing negative to say! We decided this will be our go to motel for all future OCMD trips! Quiet area, close to the beach, comfy beds, wonderful staff, worth every penny!

Overall, our stay was enjoyable, it would have been better if the dog wasn't barking all night.

The room was extremely clean and the staff was wonderful.

The room was a bit noisy, someone brought a dog and let it bark until they returned at 2:45am at which time they were evicted since no animals were allowed. My only other complaint is that the window closest to the bathroom needs a curtain, it lets too much light into the room in the morning.

The lady Susan at front desk is great treats you like family .and the night desk man Mr. Larry was exceptional. Location is close to beach. Plenty of stores around..older motel but well taking care of very clean. Kitchenette is great and they provide all cooking items needed. Fridge is great size not one of them dorm size. Guests were friendly ☺️.thank you to Ms. Susan and her exceptional staff for making our stay so comfortable,fun and relaxing. Mr. Larry thx for sharing your memories with my family..105 is the best room...will definitely book again my only regret was not staying longer

Rooms are nice & clean, pool was very nice and clean, beach is 1/2 block from motel. The small kitchenette in the room was nice to eat in & save some money. I would stay here again.

Expensive. When I booked the room I didn't know it was so far from boardwalk but we took the beach bus so it worked out. I got a discount through booking.com, I would not stay here at full price. Too expensive.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. The hotel was extremely clean! The front office was very kind as well. The pool was clean and relaxing. It was a very friendly family motel at an affordable price. We will definitely consider staying again whenever we decide to come back to OC! Very short walk to the beach, rope walk is right across the street, about 1-2 blocks down. It was a great week.

Great place!

Great location. Can walk right to the beach. The staff was super friendly and nice. The rooms literally had everything you need. Love that you can get ice right there at the motel. Nice pool and just all out great place. My first time at this motel and I know where I’ll be staying for the next week we come. Thank you all for being so amazing at the motel.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but that’s literally it. No complaints here.

Very good

Room clean,front desk lady is excellent, hotel is close to the boardwalk like 7 min, and to a lot of restaurants and entertainments.

We loved staying at the Shangri-La motel and plan on staying there every time we visit Ocean City

This was the second time we stayed at The Shangra-la Motel. Both times we found the motel to be clean and comfortable. The efficiency kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The building had a fresh coat of paint, the pool area and sidewalks were clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is one block away from the beach.

We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Quiet hotel, no elevator. Beds comfy and very clean.

You have to know what you’re getting. This is an old hotel so it’s a bit outdated. But very nice and clean.
