朝食が最高でした。

朝しか了解できておりませんが、大浴場のお湯が掛け流しでなかったので、衛生面が気になってしまいました。

ホテル内設備が整っていて、雰囲気や家具などもオシャレだった。客室内のタッチパネルから証明設定ができたり、スパの スパ内も清潔でとても快適だった。脱衣所、パウダールームも十分な広さで、シャワーもたくさんあり、混雑している時間帯に利用したが困らなかった。

桜島駅からは直結しているものの、ユニバーサルシティからは徒歩では遠いこと。 テラス？が雨の後だったからかソファなどは利用できないようになっていた。

景色が良い Spaが遅くまで使える 朝食がとても美味しい チェック アウトした後でもSPaを有料で使えた。おすすめです。

1. Didn't like the shampoo and conditioner; it makes my hair frizzy. 2. Thankful of the laundromat but for a big hotel, they should provide more in other floors.

The breakfast are so bad. I paid for 3 days of breakfast and used just the first time. Itens are not good at all. So many options and no one we liked and nothing was good for us

Close to Universal and the CityWalk was cool. Very clean and modern hotel and extremely friendly. Definately worth the stay

The hotel was clean, beds comfy, the breakfast was REALLY good a lot of variety. The staff were friendly. The grounds of the hotel were very very beautiful even the elevator view. Very close to the train. well right across the street. Universal was walking distance but taking the train one stop was better.We could see Universal park from out our window and the elevator window. Quiet

Nothing (food) delivers to the hotel. No-one really spoke English so It was hard to communicate. The restaurant take out pizza was horrible! Do not waste your money. They don't bring your bags to your room and it was very hard to roll suitcases on carpet.

The quality of the breakfast is fabulous. The distance between hotel and USJ is fairly close enough. The staff are proactive and very helpful.

The facility is beautiful and the setting on the river was very nice. Having breakfast included with our room was great. The room was very cool and was exactly as the pictures had shown.

I've never given a bad review but for anyone who is sensitive to noisy neighbors, this is NOT the hotel for you. Where your neighbors are not a direct result of the hotel, the design is. The sunken living rooms, beds and space were great for our 2 children (17 and 12) but for young kids it is a playground that echos from room to room. We had upstairs and side neighbors that were up until 11:30pm (or later) and up at 6am running, jumping and bouncing balls. We hardly slept which made experiencing Osaka difficult on little to no sleep.

Clean and beautiful! It smelled so nice in the lobby. The onsen after USJ was welcomed.

Late night dining options were few.

I like the location and the breakfast. I like the feeling of staying in a big hotel. I feel safe to walk around at late night. So I had great fun and total relax when we went to Universal Studios from very early to very late.

For the three beds room we stayed, it is just too small. But the shower room is very good and very clean.
