Was a great location and clean comfortable room. Again the downside was there was no one to ask when there were issues.

Location was great and very spacious and comfy.

There was no front desk or anyone to contact if you had an issue or needed something. It was set up more like an ABNB not a hotel. The only coffee was decaf and the “lobby” if you call it that only had tea and decaf. We had to purchase pods to have coffee in The morning.

Quick Nashville Trip

Really liked the room itself and the closeness to everything we wanted to do. Price was better than accommodations we've had that weren't as close to Broadway, so that was definitely a plus. Beds were wonderful, and everything about the place was clean and felt safe. Had a nice kitchen and bathroom as well.

The things I didn't like were all a matter of personal preference, and some are at no fault of the hotel, just an honest review of the overall experience. During the time of our trip, there was/is alot of construction going on in front of the hotel, which caused us a lot of confusion in finding the place. GPS took us to the back of the building with no indication that there was even a hotel there. We had to call to get directions to the parking garage across the street. After parked in the garage, we traveled through construction to find the hotel with only two small signs directing us where to go. To us, this was frustrating after being in the car so long and ready to just pull up at our hotel. We were unaware there was construction. Obviously, it's not the hotels fault there is construction going on, but perhaps mention that when booking or add additional signage during this time. We then used an app to unlock the door to the elevator and to operate the elevator itself. We were given our room # and used the app the entire time to come and go. Personally, this was more work than just swiping a card after being out all day. Again, that's my personal preference. We did not see one single staff member the entire stay, nor did we see any other guests, but the hotel was fully booked. I myself appreciate a lobby to visit and the sense of knowing I can go there and find a staff member if I need something, but here I guess we would have needed to contact someone by phone.

Wonderful hotel. Easy walk to just about anywhere downtown

Great location. We had a beautiful view of the river. Lots of restaurants close by. Easy walk to broadway. Offered free coffee & tea in the lobby that was wonderful.

bad communication's , check inn sucks , The rooms are very hot and the heat control and the AC didn't work ,Check was confusing, , the elevator is old . would not recommend, no staff to talk to when you have a problem , very stall contact or IN personable

Close to main strip.

Prefer interaction with real people not just a computer. Interaction with real people was Zero. Entire external area under construction making area feel unsafe at night. Neighboring room was very noisy with people noise and light from next room coming around uncaulked walls.

Clean, Quiet, Convenient!

It was very clean and quiet. We felt secure knowing that the doors to get in the building required a special access app. The location was convenient to downtown activities.

Not a big deal, nor does it affect our rating, but we would like for there to be more than one luggage dolly available to use. This isn't the hotel's fault, but someone had the cart for several hours on the morning we left, so we had to make a couple of trips to bring our luggage down.

We liked and would probably come back. It would challenge the less tech savvy.

Clean.

There was a lot of electronic communication -Booking app, email, texting, downloading Brivo app, uploading pass, using the app to open lobby door, then elevator, than room door.

Loved this location!

Location was awesome, right by broadway and printers alley. Hotel easy to access with the app. Staff were great to deal with and got back to us immediately with any requests. Loved the in room kitchen area, and very comfy beds. Only slight negative (and it’s just the way the rooms/building is) that we had no windows in our room, so we had no clue what time it was or weather outside. Nice sun deck though not far down the hall. Overall A+

Floors were pretty dirty and need a good scrub. Missed having windows,

Great location, great apartment!

The apartment was spacious, very modern and has that new feeling about it.

The washing machine was often occupied with linen which isn’t really a guest perk if it’s hard to occupy.

Good position in downtown

Our room was with no windows at all (nowhere we could find such an information) and this was a terrible experience. The noise of the air conditioning was so loud that we couldn’t sleep well, but of course it was impossible to sleep without as well.

No windows which I found intolerable and disorienting. I came to see Nashville not be in a cell and it felt like a fire hazzard with no escape except door. Hated complicated Brivo pass . It meant my husband needed my phone to too and fro with luggage..

Deceptive quality find.

Great location. Exterior deceptive but once inside really nice, modern and roof garden a real winner. Lack of windows a bit disconcerting but no great shakes as not much time spent in room whilst sight seeing. Overall really efficient including phone based key system.

Location and accommodations were excellent!

We were not aware that there was no parking available until the day before check in. Advertisement should have been more transparent.

Hidden Gem!

The best hidden gem in Nashville! It is right in the mix but still felt tucked away. You cannot hear the noise of Nashville when you’re ready for bed and I loved the up to date technology this hotel featured.

Prior to our checkout time; housekeeping just came right in. It was an honest mistake but we did wrap up the rest of our stuff and get out pretty quickly after that.
