Очень уютная гостиница в центре города. Есть все необходимое для проживания, чисто, аккуратно. Красивый обустроенный двор, где можно посидеть и пообщаться. Можно воспользоваться кухней, если есть желание что нибудь приготовить.

Для меня, минусов нет.

Short stop, would come back again

The staff were so accommodating and friendly, the premises itself were very cute and the location was not far from the city! The room was spacious and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress springs were quite apparent. For the value for money I can’t complain and I was only here for one night but if you are looking for a comfy sleep or have a bad back this isn’t for you.

Great hotel in every better localisation.

The staff is really helpful. I was moved to other hotel due to problem with water. However, the other site Hotel Marioni was superb. Rooms were clean and well equipped. There were access to kitchen where I was able to prepare breakfast. The highlight of the room I started was a balcony with a view over the city, and the roof terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic view of Tibilisi.

On my 2 last nights there were some noisy people chatting till late night hours. They would move around hotel creating a lot of noise from reception to roof terrace. I assume it was one-off occasion. However, it did affect my sleep. As ther is no door between reception and stairs case and the sound travel well to high floors.

Good, but wifi improvement is necessary

Beautiful garden. Room was clean. Midnight check in procedures was helpful. Late checkout for maximum relaxation.

Terrible wifi connection. Toilet not flushing properly. No card payment.

This is amazing place, location is perfect, people working here extremely friendly and helpful. For value-money is amazing. Incredibly clean, comfortable bed. Everything is exactly as in the photos.

The only issue is internet slightly slow.

A place like home.

I highly recommend this place.. Close to Subway, to markets, Holy Trinity Church and walking distance to the old tbilisi. The host Emma., is so accomodating and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean, so with the kitchen and toilet. And the kitties outside our door.

Nothing.. it's so sad that we need to go back home already.

The owner Emmy was so supportive and helpful. She went out with me to the nearest shop to buy sim for the mobile and stayed with me till she made sure it’s working. I also borrowed her charger and she was so polite to offer it. She was really very friendly during my whole stay. She offered to clean the room everyday. The heater was working fine. For me the bed size was big enough. The room was clean.

Only that the place is in a very quiet dark street that you need to walk to for some distance. You can hear the neighbours in the next room.

Good place to stay in Tbilisi

The staff is very nice and helpful. The owner came with us to find a restaurant when we arrived in Tbilisi at night, because we didn't know the area. Bed is very comfortable too

Oasis in the city center.

The hotel is in an old district of Tbilisi makes you feel like you're walking in XIX century town. Most famous places of Tbilisi (like Narikala fortress) can be reached by foot in like 30 min, some of them (like Mtasminda funicular and park) - using Tbilisi public transport card. The place itself is kind of oasis during hot days and like a calm place to relax after visiting Tbilisi all day. Me and my wife chose the place by photos and we were not dissatisfied.

Warning: extreme hospitality. (This is joke of course. The stay was great in all aspects). The name near the entrance says "Hotel Marial" (but it is hard to miss anyway).

The most positive, comfortable and happy hotel ever! And very tasty!

I really loved this hotel very much, city center, rooms were super clean , newly furnished, very comfortable matras, kitchen is fully equipped, the garden is amazing! Breakfast is very tasty! Hosts are the best! They are very positive , helped me with all the questions... At nights we were having nice time in the garden. The last day I got very sick and they took a great care of me and my baby! In the end we became like one family! I'm endless thankful for everything ! I recommend this hotel super much!

The accommodation experience was excellent and lovely. George and his wife Emma set the best times for us, just like our own home. Fully home-cooked breakfast, warm welcoming and serving with local drinks at the beginning of arrival. Extraordinary access to the metro, local market and tourist attractions. Thank you for your great attentions to us, we will definitely come back to your hotel again in the future.
