Great location to stay if you plan to be out on the island all day, and are just looking for a place go sleep and have e

Super convenient location, staff was very patient, had tons of bars all connected to the property for easy access.

Building was a little worn, but that’s from all the drunken guests not being respectful of the property. Parking was a pain to find because of all the tourists also trying to park anywhere they could find.

Do some deep cleaning and add refrigerators.

It was a really good location.

for the amount of money you pay for these rooms I expected more. They don’t have refrigerators which should be standard by this day in age. the bed were ok they were old spring mattress’s but they were still decent, my problem with them is you could tell the sheets and pillow cases you could tell weren’t washed. I wanted to use the pool bar but when I walked out there and looked in the water that pool hasn’t been cleaned either it looked nasty.

the woman at check in was rude. we got there before check in and needed to use the restroom in the lobby and was told no. there was a gentleman later that was great.

I ended up taking pictures of the ridiculous room and all the brown marks on the walls and ceiling etc. chipped pain and more. I got an infection following being in the swim up bar.

The location of the hotel and the cleanness was a good. My friends and I were able to walk to all activities.

We didn't like that the hotel didn't have any microwave or mini-fridge. In addition, some staff members were extremely rude. The Level 2 night club was promoted to be open all nights of the week; however, it is only open on the weekends.

We will be back!

Location is ideal. Right in the center of the action. Room was huge. Bar pool and fun!

Beds uncomfortable and no fridge or microwave in room. No breakfast included.

The only thing good was the location

It smelled. The staff was rude we paid quite a bit for a room for 4. We were given 2 towels and when we asked for more we were told we needed to bring the dirty ones back down. AC barely worked. There was a night club on the same floor as our room. Very loud, not secure any one of the night club guests could have walked down our hall. Basically terrible stay. Rude staff. Just gross.

No soap, asked housekeeping and they never dropped it off Parking for cars is very inconvenient and hard to locate. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall as soon as I touched it. They better not charge me for it

Mediocre at best with foul smells

Staff was friendly and helped answer our questions.

The smells. Every room had a different smell. The elevator smelled like beer and the hallway smelled like someone had drank too much and threw up. The room was mediocre; the whole hotel could use some updating. You will also hear thumping from the night club all night, but thankfully it wasn’t bad.

The hotel was in an awesome location and the pool was beautiful and well maintained. The front desk folks were very friendly and helpful!

One of the pool bartenders cursed at me (Troy-on 6/21) because I walked up on the pirate ship to check it out. I feel there was a better way to handle the situation in a professional customer-service manner. I was also told, after the incident, that he had been rude behind the bar all day but I didn't use the bar so was unaware. It would be nice if there was a mini-fridge to keep cold water.
