Clean, modern, spacious..few staffing issues

Large spacious room, great walk in shower. Clean, modern

Seemed like they were having a staffing issue. We were told at the desk that if we wanted made service we would have to giva 24-hour notice. We were never able to eat in the restaurant, because breakfast and dinner was closed at some point.

Awesome I’d go again

The front desk woman at night was amazing she was super nice and knowledgeable I appreciated it. Any questions I had she made sure to accommodate with a quick and straightforward answer. I wish I got her name to include who it was and how great of service she gave made me feel welcome and appreciated the hotel had a robot security and that was awesome to see as well and my kids loved it

I got the rest and relaxing I needed

The staff was great I only meant to stay one night to rest but I was so relaxed I stayed for 3 nights

Nothing to do with the property but shady people walking onto the property

Great for a quick stay but overpriced for what it is.

Great location and amenities.

More hotels need to turn their mattresses, I had to turn and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed because it was so sunken near the headboard. Our shower in the room leaked and left a huge puddle on the ground.

The overall impression, from understaffing to poor communication, was of a lack of intelligent management.

There is a good breakfast provided by friendly, overworked staff

The entire place was seriously understaffed. One person at the front desk with a line waiting almost every time I went by. One very nice person acting as waitstaff and short-order cook for breakfast. No information in the room or provided at registration on routine processes such as Wi-Fi, breakfast hours, etc. And then those were near impossible to obtain later because of the line at front desk. Maybe it was just a bad week for them.

The room was a good size with a better than average sitting area for the price.

The restaurant doesn't even get 1 star. Most of the menu was unavailable because someone didn't put an order in to restock and what there was was not very good. We were tired after a long drive and were hoping it would at least be decent. It wasn't

Parking is very tight. I had to park in the handicap ♿️ parking spot. When no parking was available.

Stayed here before catching our flight out of PDX - a quiet place away but close to the airport.

Good place for quick stop.

Ok place to stay nothing to write home about.

The room was clean but very basic.

Was told they would match the price on Trivago but did not. Room is expensive compared to nicer hotels in the area.

We were there on memorial day weekend and they were busy. The staff there were professional and helpful. A shout out to the morning server. He was energetic, professional even though he was busy and friendly. We had a maintenance issue with the toilet over flowing and the gentle man was very friendly, helpful and professional as well.

It was memorial day weekend, they were busy and ran out of pool towels in the evening.

Beautiful hotel with cheap/old mattresses and pillows

Very beautiful and clean hotel. Quiet location

They invested a lot in the overall appearance but what’s the primary reason for staying in a hotel if not to get a good nights sleep. Extremely old feeling springy lumpy mattress and cheap $5 faux down pillows.

I will stay here again in a heart beat!

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel!! The staff was amazing and at first we thought we were in the middle of a business district. But, There were great restaurants and an amazing arcade close by!

Nice place!

Nice bed, clean room and toiletries. AC worked great.

The coffee maker sucks. It didn't even brew a full cup on Large setting. There is a water leak behind the tile in the shower, just to the right of the shower head.

Relaxing, quiet, will definitely stay again.

Location is perfect. Aesthetically pleasing when you walk in the door. love that there was a bistro/bar even though I didn’t use it.

They were out of chocolate chip cookies 😊

Great location, great rooms. Will be back.

Returning customer. Love the location, love the bathroom/shower. Interactions were nice and the ability to use the various facilities is great too. Walked to Big Al's and on the way back saw someone on an electric vehicle patrolling the area's parking lots, thats good.

Initially the keycard(s) provided didnt work and I had to go back down to the lobby. I was asked if I put them next to my phone? lol Pretty sure my cell phone cant zero out a keycard, but at least a reason/thought was attempted. Oh, some of the LED's behind the bathroom mirror are going out/flickering.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff did their job, but weren't as friendly as they seemed on our last visit.

Great Hotel

Location as it pertains to our visit. Cafe dining was great, hotel was clean and free of riff raff/the element that lives/stays at other hotels off of Mill Plain.

The fridge in our room was not the coldest and the hotel needs to look into another wifi company. You shouldn't have to call the wifi company and wait on hold FOREVER to connect a PS5 or ROKU Streaming stick
