Двудневен престой изпълнен с положителни емоции.

Топ локация. Стаята беше компактна и имаше всичко необходимо за няколко дневен престой. Трудно се преминаваше пред голямото двойно легло, но пък който е ходил в Париж, ще оцени размера и удобствата на стаята тук. Персоналът на рецепцията беше много дружелюбен и услужлив.

Добре би било да се почиства стаята и да се зарежда с кафе всеки ден. WiFi връзката може да е по добра (все пак сме в България).

Not the best and will not book this hotel again

The location was great, Wi-Fi is good,TV is good at least we found English channels, staff are okay

My room smelled like a toilet, the toilet is so small & door cannot close from outside, I kept smelling toilet in my bed, disgusting and filthy I asked reception for help, they ended up spraying the room instead of offering me another room Staff were not bad but not excellent customer service Toilet and bathroom are all together and when we take a shower water went to the toilet seat and was slippery, ended up so hard to use the toilet I do not recommend this hotel for a family, it will be a bad experience for them THE STAY HOTEL advert on booking.com mentions about free wifi and free coffee Any hotel I booked in the world has WiFi and coffee So THE STAY HOTEL is not offering something special

Great location, misleading description

The room was big and modernly furnished, the same as the photos. There was an AC but also you could open the windows widely. The location is excellent because everything is close. The staff was friendly.

There were a lot of stuff that were disappointing. The description says that the room has a city view, which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. But our room was facing some ugly interbuilding space. There was this constant noise from an AC fan outside. Some can consider it as white noise, but not me :) We picked the hotel also because it says that there is parking. No spots were left on the parking even tho we contacted the hotel in advance. There is a TV in the room but there are very few TV channels on it, and no BTV or NOVA channels which I found very weird. In the description, it says that there is breakfast included, but there is no restaurant?!! So the staff told us that we could go to the closest restaurant for breakfast and that's it. They claim that there is a room service but I haven't tried it, I assume there is no such thing anyway.

Could be worse :)

The location was good. Also the possibility to reserve a park space is perfect, especially at this price. The receptionists are polite and welcoming.

The rooms are definitely NOT soundproof. I asked explicitly on the phone before booking and was told that the rooms are soundproof as described. I was not able to sleep almost the whole night. First in the room next to us the gusts were talking the whole night and we heard clearly the whole conversation, even the people were talking with very normal volumes. Our room was on the opposite of the stairs and there was a man sitting on the stairs and talking long time on his phone directly in front of our door. A lot of noice from every side. The most funny thing is that the most popular Bulgarian TV channels are restricted. So you can not watch news or your favorite series. The bathroom was not clean and the soap empty after the first of us took shower.

A wonderful location to enjoy the old town and city

An incredible location supported by lovely staff who go above and beyond to make your stay more comfortable. The area around it is lovely and is a very easy wander into the old town for restaurants, bars, or history.

I loved my stay - probably a little expensive for what it is which doesn’t quite align with the facilities you get however in my opinion is worth it.

Good hotel and location but very bad designed shower

Good hotel with perfect location in city center, the bed was very comfortable. The male receptionist was very nice and always had an smile to help you with any problem you could have with your stay.

The small bathroom has a shower which has no separation with the toilet, so when you shower water goes everywhere around the bathroom making it unusable until the water drains. Very stupid design One of the receptionists was rude and not helpful at all, making the check in and checkout experience very uncomfortable

Can’t beat the location!

Can’t beat the location right in the main square of the city. Only steps away from food, drinks and entertainment. Road access 30 seconds away. Very clean and the fastest elevators ever. Staff were helpful anytime we needed. Very quiet room even though you’re on the main square.

Terrible room layout and worst possible shower. Small and cramped but with a shuffle of some furniture it was comfortable enough. Bathroom flooded with an inch of water at all times due to shower.

Decent option in the very center of town

Nice modern renovated rooms, all the necessities were available.

Small bathrooms, when you shower everything gets wet. No air vent in the rooms, only AC...windows were dirty.

Poor stay

Location was great

The parking space was not enough for all clients. No breakfast although they advertise that they cooperate with a nearby cafe. The cleaning facilities were very poor. Twin rooms were very small, not enough space for two people. Queen rooms were ok but not value for money and still very dirty. The staff were polite. The bathroom was too small and the plumbing faulty.

Ok for 1 night

Clean, modern

No blanket, it was cold I had to put the towels on the bed. The shower is very small and in same place as the sink and mirror, so after shower you stand on the wet shower floor for makeup and hair

I'd rather not stay there again

The location and the suit were nice in terms of decoration and space. The bathroom was nice. It was a quiet room with very comfortable bed.

It was very cold. In the room. In the coridors was almost like outside. There was no parking, even though we were sent an email to ask if we want to book us a spot. The staff seemed unexperienced.

Pretty new hotel, perfect location

Perfect location. Good facilities. Coffee and tea set and very good mini bar.

Too many emails, every day I received email with the same information. It bothered me because I thought it has a problem with the booking.
