Good hotel, nothing remarkable.

It was clean, just old and in need of updates.

It could really use some updating and the parking deck was a nightmare. We didn’t know until we checked out that there was a parking area across the street, but even that was a small lot that looked pretty bad and unsafe. The Wi-Fi was off the majority of our stay. If you visit, please note that due to the layout of the rooms the noise in the hall will be directly beside your pillow while you sleep. We had one little girl whose parents let her stand in the hallway at 7am and sing and chatted at the top of her lungs for about 20 minutes one morning. The hallway and bedroom share a wall. Through poor planning, that wall is the one where they placed the head of each bed, so she came through loud and clear.

You basically ruined our beach side vacation and our first night stay

NOTHING

We didn't even get to stay at this hotel. We got there and said it was over booked so between talking to the manager and talking to Captivia for 4 hours they finally found us another room that was not beach side and was NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR!! VERY UNPLEASENT EXPERIENCE. We traveled for almost 10 hours to find out that our rooms We had already paid for was booked to someone else!! I mean who does someone like this?!?!

Big disappointment for a first-time visitor 1 rating no Matter what the generated review says.

It was at the beach. The staff was fairly friendly, however we only saw staff a couple of times during our stay.

Complaints as follows: 1)Smoke alarm didn't seem to be fully operational (battery door was stuck open and continuously chirped when closed) 2)Smoke alarm wasn't securely mounted upon our arrival. As a firefighter, these are the 2 biggest problems with the trip. 3)The TV in the living room turned on but couldn't change the channels, leaving us to stay in the bedroom most of our stay. 4)The reason for this trip was to relax after working 21 days straight at 3 different jobs, which didn't happen Due to construction noise from adjacent rooms (above) and hearing every unexplained noise in the whole building all hrs of the night. 5)Ice maker didn't truly make ice until day#3, but we didn't need it after that. 6)Although the bed was fairly comfortable, the furniture, appliances, and atmosphere of the room were very outdated. Peeling ceiling plaster, carpet wasn't cut correctly to accommodate floor surface power outlets, lamps, and alarm clock are in need of modern technology updates. The dresser drawers didn't open or close correctly or easily. The stove looked extremely unsafe to be in a high-rise building. Lighting was less than desirable in the bedroom. Tvs were oddly small as compared to other venues that we've visited. The shower had almost no pressure and outdated accessories for the tub/shower. We didn't even bother to use the tub/jets. 7)The guests "value coupons" and local attraction information brochures in the room were outdated and not accurate. That's not a big deal, but it would be helpful to have current special deals, attractions, and events.

Parking garage is too small for full size pickup,kitchen & living room furniture looked as if from a flea market beat up and uncomfortable pool area needs attention

Other than the parking garage, it was WONDERFUL!!!

The friendly staff, Ms. Debbie was awesome. She was there when I checked in and when I checked out!!!

That parking garage!!! Omg, it’s not big enough to drive around in and the parking spaces felt too close to the next.

Disappointed.. Misleading

The location, the staff, the breakfast.

Did not get the room I booked for, appears there were a lack of communication in my reservation number, it couldn't be found? Still would like to know why I didn't get the room I was booked for, I feel like I was over charged for the room I got.

Relaxing

The location was perfect.

When I booked the condo the photo they posted was not the place we ended up with, we ended up with an inside condo with only the sliding doors for light. The carpets were so dirty and old. They really need to be replaced.

Exceptional

The rooms were super clean and the staff was sp friendly. If you need anything, the staff will try their best to meet and satisfy your needs. The location was perfect and close to the shopping centers. No loud noise coming from other rooms. You could not tell there was other kids on the hall. The hot tubs was outstanding. We will definitely be back this summer.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that we only stayed 3 nights. I wish we could have done a week but our daughter had to get back to FMU.

Beautiful area. Right on the beach! Food nearby!

The room was very nice. Had a kitchen with a washer and dryer. It also has a bed from the wall in the living room to pull down from. The view was peaceful with the side view of the ocean and the view of the streets were clean and pretty. By 9pm it was a ghost town, no one was in site. Very quiet and beautiful, I do not know if it is like this all year around but March is a nice month to visit. The balcony is crub into your privacy which is a nice design if you like to sit outside like myself but with privacy from the other rooms nearby, the bathroom had a nicesize spa tub with jets. It was nice to relax before bedtime. I love the lazy pool and the hot tub they have downstairs. From the pool you can just walk right onto the beach. The beach is very clean, the sand almost looks white. Breakfast was also good with make your own Waffles. Great tasting coffee. Eggs. Cereal. Bagles. Muffins. Bacon. For an additional cost of 7.50. Which wasn't bad at all.

You can't bring your breakfast into your room you have to eat it there in the Caf. As myself I am not a morning person with little children. I do not liked to be looked at eating breakfast in the morning around others unless dressed and ready. So it was annoying to get myself and my.kids ready just to go get breakfast in the same hotel. It would had been easier for my husband just to bring it up to us after proof of payment and people.

the property was fine the room was clean except for the bathroom having hairs in the tub and all on the shower curtain

the bathroom not being clean and not having to show any identification to get access to my room multiple times even when checking in did not have to provide any info besides my first name

Overall, my kids wanted to return to the hotel.

Location was perfect. We also love the space and the quietness of the condo.

The only downfall was the weather during our stay, stained sofas, sticky kitchen cabinet handles, sticky dining table, and there was a coackroach in the master’s bathroom.
