L'hôtel était top et bien placé! J'ai cependant subit le vol de mon chargeur de téléphone après le passage de la femme de chambre je tient donc à alerter les prochain voyageurs du risque de vol dans l'hôtel.

Je me suis fait volé mon chargeur de téléphone lors du passage de la femme de chambre. La responsable m'a simplement dit qu'elle comprenait que je soit embêté mais ne pouvais rien faire et surtout ma assuré que cela n'était pas possible. Je suis sûr à 100% que mon chargeur (universel) posé sur la table de nuit m'a été volé par la personne qui a fait la chambre! Je tiens à remercier la dame s'occupant de la lingerie qui m'a donné son propre chargeur car l'hôtel n'a rien fait pour réparer le dommage me laissant sans solution.

I love the feel of being in a huge garden in a tiny place. The location was close enough to the main square and sites to see and restaurants. The little store had some nice items for sale. It was so quiet for being right in the city. I loved it!

The staff was just a little inattentive, but I'm kind of picky on that. Overall they were very good to us. They were polite and took care of our requests, they were just a little slow to notice us.

Hôtel au cœur de la ville cependant quand vous passez la porte vous êtes au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Très reposant, hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le parking privé pour la voiture est très appréciable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage, mit vielen Pflanzen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Bananenbrot beim Frühstück. Schöne Hotelbar direkt neben dem Pool. Guter Reinigungsstandard. In 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht man den Hauptplatz der Stadt. Das Auto kann man also gut stehen lassen, bis man die Stadt wieder verlässt.

Das Zimmer war etwas Dunkel, aber bei einem Stadthotel hat uns das eigentlich nicht gross gestört.

Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, kaum Tageslicht. Badezimmer war klein. Wir waren im Regen da, das Hotel ist offen und aufgrund des Regens gab es kaum Sitzgelegenheiten.

Quand il pleut beaucoup d’espace devienne inutilisable. Le bar fermait tôt L’hôtel est excentré du centre historique.

The hotel is nice, lots of greenery, two pools with a small restaurant and a bar. There are two roof terraces that were nice and got lots of sun, The room was a good size and fairly well equipped. Day trips can be booked through reception which we found convenient and reasonably priced. Good location, very central. The restaurant was really nice, the chef even made us breakfast when we late one morning which as really appreciated. Bar staff were generally super friendly and helpful.

Staff at check in weren't particularly friendly and just sat in a side room for a while. We did not get the room we booked, when I queried this they said we could move in 24 hours so we lost a day/night in an awful room (the windows overlooked the main entrance that anyone could see in to, no balcony or terrrace, above the restaurant so incredibly noisy). There is no explanation where things are/how to get to the roof terraces so can be confusing to find. The new room was much better but by the time we were in there we'd lost a day. Only one person serving at breakfast so it was slow, bits of the order never arrived. The blacony door didnt lock which made me feel rather uneasy. Mini bar was never refilled & had issues with the invoice at the end. There was no system in place just random receipts given to us. Only 1 veggie option on the dinner menu which wasnt available the evening we ate there, they were able to make veggie fajita's for me but was disappointing to have no options.

Abbiamo dormito in questa struttura per 3 notti dal 02.01.2024. La suite era ampia, ben pulita con 2 letti alla francese. Ci sono amache in ogni angolo della struttura da poter utilizzare in qualsiasi momento. Buona la colazione e parcheggio gratuito anche se non vicinissimo. Punti forti dell'hotel Romantico

Fijn als je in een stad zit om een rustig hotel te hebben - het hotel heeft veel fijne chill plekjes: 2 zwembaden, hangmatten naast sommige kamers, leuk dakterrasje…

- de douche was niet heel goed. De straal was super zwak.

This hotel, located near Valladolid’s city park, catches your eye with its detailed and unique decorations. Each corner of the hotel showcases a thoughtful design, and the spacious rooms are a welcome feature. Its proximity to the city center makes it convenient for exploring Valladolid.

While the overall experience was pleasant, there are a couple of areas that need attention. Firstly, the soundproofing in the rooms is inadequate. The noise from the bar restaurant, which closes relatively early, can be heard in the rooms, impacting the tranquility of the stay. Additionally, the issue of stray dogs barking throughout the night significantly disturbed our sleep. I highly recommend prioritizing the soundproofing of rooms in future renovations. For the time being, guests might consider bringing earplugs for a more restful night.

Location is fantastic. The personnel was incredible, they were so nice and attentive. They also recommended us a great company to do a private tour of Chichen Itza with that I would highly recommend. The hotel is also very clean and the bed really comfy. I would stay here again.

The staff was really attentive. Super comfy bed! The breakfast was delicious and the common areas really nicely decorated.

To say something, the room was a bit small but it had everything you needed.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolles Design, hochwertiges Mobiliar, aufmerksames Personal Sehr hübsche Terrassen mit verschiedenen Sitz/Liegemöglichkeiten (allerdings zu heiß zum liegen) Lage 10 Punkte, absolut top (in Laufweite zum Centro, trotzdem auch Restaurants direkt daneben) Frühstück à la carte (leckerer Cappuccino, bereiten auf Anfrage auch gesondert Eierspeisen zu)

Extrem hellhörig, wir hatten ein Zimmer über dem Restaurant/Bar und wurden frühmorgens von Tellerklappern wach, abends sehr lange laute Musik Parkplatz ist zwar dabei, allerdings schon ein Stück zu laufen Extrem begrenzte Anzahl an Liegemöglichkeiten in der Nähe der Pools. Pools laden nicht so zum planschen ein (der eine direkt neben der Bar und einsehbar, der andere hinten raus überdacht und nicht so hübsch). Whirlpool war nicht an / kein Wasser drin

Het was een goed gelegen hotel, paar minuutjes lopen tot aan het centrale plein. Airco was perfect in het benauwde regenseizoen. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, spreekt goed engels. Wel vragen ze, zoals overal in Mexico, om fooi bij elke bestelling (zelfs bij het ontbijt dat inbegrepen was). De kamers wordt elke dag weer netjes schoon gemaakt. De prive parking was ook goed geregeld.

We zaten er in het regenseizoen en als het regende kon je niet leuk zitten omdat alles lekte boven de terrassen. De prive parking was wel even lopen en er moest altijd iemand van hotel mee lopen om de poorten open te maken. Iedere nacht beginnen bij de buren meerdere honden te blaffen. Als je een lichte slaper bent, niet ideaal. Voor ons geen groot probleem! Jammer dat het zwembad niet in de zon ligt.

Beautiful rooms and courtyards and terraces, complimentary drinking water, tasty food.

Parking was a bit of a pain, a block away and having to call someone to open and close the gate. A little valet service would have made it easier.

Super mooi ingericht en gezellig hotel. Kamers zijn proper. Personeel is fantastisch! Goede locatie pal in het centrum van Valladolid. Aan een super prijs kan je hier je was doen! Goede faciliteiten in de kamer o.a. minibar, koffiezet, glazen,...

Badkamer is wel erg klein en verlichting is slecht om make up te kunnen aandoen. Hotel is erg gehorig, 's nachts en 's ochtends vroeg wordt je wakker van het personeel dat vanalles ligt te verslepen of honden die voortdurend blaffen. Ontbijt is heel Mexicaans, wat lekker is maar na 3 weken Mexico had wat toast of een pancake ook welkom geweest :-) Zwembad nodigt weinig uit om in te zwemmen aangezien er nergens ligstoelen aanwezig waren.

Very central location, free parking, very spacious and well furnished room. The common areas are amazing with loads of hidden terraces and very relaxing spots.

The colour ,aesthetically it was just stunning. The staff were amazing,particularly Louis,very helpful and engaging.

Nothing much,just struggled getting the shower temperature right and would have liked an individual hairdryer to the room because I have very thick hair as be it takes me forever to dry it with a small attached one.
