La ubicación del hotel es perfecta a solo unos pasos de Times Square, las habitaciones no están mal de tamaño y las camas son cómodas. El personal muy atento y servicial. Además muchos hablan español.
El hotel está un poco viejo, tiene pocos ascensores para el tamaño que tiene y le faltaría tener algo de menaje ya que tiene una mini cocina

L'emplacement était idéal pour être au coeur de NY, à deux pas d'un supermarché, des restaurants, du métro et de Times Square !
La kitchenette avec frigo et micro-ondes était vraiment très utile pour éviter de dépenser tous les jours des sommes folles aux restaurants.
La chambre était vraiment propre et tranquille au 7e étage.
Personnel plutôt arrangeant, mais faut insister plusieurs fois pour obtenir qqch.
Je recommande!
Les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas le soir et étaient bruyants. Pensez à des boules quies ;-)
Il fallait demander des couvertures sinon la nuit nous étions gelés.
Pour deux personnes, mettre un rouleau de papier toilettes et une boîte de mouchoirs par jour n'est pas suffisant.

Location & price are the two best things about this hotel.
When you upgrade a hotel, you can be frugal without being cheap. The upgrades are nice but in truth are the industry midrange standard. Unfortunately in the bathrooms there was little thought given to amenities that might make your stay a little easier. For example, why only one hook & one small towel bar? There is very little room to place any items in the sink area - no shelves etc.
In our room the power went out 3 times in one day & the heater had to be looked at 2 times (it was never fixed - always hot). We were finally told we could move to a different room and when we came back to do that the power was still out in our room. Nothing like packing in the dark. They did turn the power back on when we were almost done packing. There was no offer to help us from the staff.

Great location to Broadway and assorted attractions PLUS close to subway to access Central Park, ESV etc.
Microwave/ mini fridge are useful for families. Great idea.
Queues for lifts. Reception need to ensure guests know there are 4 to access.

Hotel calme et bien isolé, personnel serviable.
Les lits sont étroits pour un couple (140cm seulement).

The beds and bathroom were clean, what makes it "bearable," but I will definitely not come back there.
Very old. Nothing was broken, yet... the worst were the windows, which did not block air or noise from outside. Especially important because there is some ventilation fans outside whirling 24/7. They are really loud, I must have looked for ear ear plugs to fall asleep. I think these windows were never cleaned from outside.

The hotel staff were very nice with upgrading our room. The upgraded room was better but still not what was expected for the price.
The first room was outdated and dirty.
Window AC unit. No central air unless you're in an upgraded room. Which wasn't stated anywhere.

Though the desk clerkSaid she upgraded us to a superior but the room did not seem different than what I had reserved.
Leaving luggage in storage next day was essential and appreciated. Parking discount also wonderful and easy to do.
Breakfast could have been better. Coffee not good- had to go get it elsewhere Best to offer some pastries instead of the small bar.

No coffee in the room. No breakfast offered yet there was a sink microwave and fridge - the problem was the kitchen wasn’t usable without cutlery or bowls/ dishes
The elevators are old, small and very slow to come - yet there were many people staying there.

Excellent location.Room was clean and cool in a heatwave!
While waiting in the foyer I overheard one female member of the reception team speaking very condescendingly to a gentleman from Europe whose card was declined…she was no help at all and caused him to be even more stressed.

You don't find such spacious rooms in New York so close to Times Square. Brilliant location. And plus it has an old school vibe which I appreciate alot.

lovely big clean room. comfy bed. location suited us
over priced. for $300 per night it wasn’t a wow. Only 2 lifts and you could wait for a considerable time to get one.As you enter hotel it was reception to the right and lift’s straight ahead. The bar area and dining room were out of sight and I never even saw them. maybe they could have advertised it better.

Conveniently located to Broadway Shows and other major attractions. Very nice rooms, beautiful and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Would have liked a coffee maker in the room …. but fortunately they did have coffee each morning downstairs.

Location. Access to Brazilian Restaurant. MISS the breakfast offered in the cafeteria prior to COVID.
The reason for the visit was to bring my 87 year old father to stay at the Belvedere as his first job in 1951 was working there as the elevator boy, uniform and all. Brought back many memories for him He attended school right across the street and the apartment he grew up in & the park he spent time playing basketball are right around the corner.
Honestly, nothing having to do with the Hotel, but the garbage bags all over the streets are so disgusting. How hard can it be to have receptacles for the businesses to use? The tourist money should surely be able to fund this for the apartments and business.

Great location; close to B’way theaters (reason for our stay) and restaurants. Room was very clean.
1 elevator was broken, so remaining elevators were very full & slow. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and would benefit from updates
