優美、愜意幽靜

1. 早餐非常豐富，基本上可以飽到午餐了！有當地的富吞、吐司、水煮蛋、水果跟黑咖啡等等。 2. 飯店外有公車站牌，搭乘紅線即可抵達。 3. 飯店有兩個館，一個在Family樓上，一個在旁邊的另一棟。 4. 距離便利商店都很近，不用擔心食物的問題，走路2-3分鐘就可以到達湖畔，非常方便。

Though we have not experience the appearance of

the breakfast is good, the room is spacious and with complete facilities. It's very tidy. Though, no receptionist at the counter for 24-hour services, you can still contact them through their landline. Family Mart is connected to the Hotel with easy access but not 24 hrs. Across the street is the 15th station for the REDLINE busses

非常棒瑕不掩瑜我非常喜歡

整體空間感 CP值很高房價可以可以在房間裡看到富士山（雖然有點遮住櫃檯外語能力非常好（反而顯得我的外語能力很糟糕😂 很棒的一次體驗

樓梯🫠 過了19:00後，除了全家跟7-11外，沒有東西可以吃😭 飯店在二樓，只有樓梯可以走不過櫃檯會幫忙提上去，也不是太大的問題

舒服放鬆建築美的河口湖旁旅宿

住宿是偏歐風建築、樓下有咖啡廳及24小時的全家便利商店，一旁也有7-11、戶外三分鐘內可走到河口湖邊及美術館、開車到河口湖市區不遠、房間可見富士山、員工親切、車子免費停外面的大空地、周遭空曠人少安靜（晚上附近有路燈區域不多）

乾淨單純的一間小旅館，能夠放鬆，值得推薦。

房間大小合適、服務人員親切、樓下有24小時便利商店。早餐法國吐司那個套餐最好吃。我們是兩大兩小入住家庭房，有兩張130左右的床，另外一邊有和式榻榻米備有床鋪，但我們沒有使用到榻榻米那邊，床也是好睡的。早上吃早餐的時候剛好下起雪，很有氣氛，孩子很開心。

整棟為兩層樓建築，所以沒有電梯，大件行李要辛苦一點點，服務人員會很熱心的幫忙搬。

Great value & would return.

We booked a family room for 3 adults and was spacious for 3 small suitcases. Lucky to see Mt Fugi from our window in the morning. Parking out the front was convenient plus a convenience store located underneath for quick supplies / coffee.

Wunderbare Lage, außerhalb 5 Minuten vom See entfernt.

Das Zimmer war riesig, zusätzlich zu den zwei sehr bequemen Betten hatte es noch eine grosse Fläche ausgelegt mit Tatamimatten, wir konnten es aber nicht nutzen. Leider waren die zwei Zimmer mit Onsen auf dem Balkon ausgebucht. Wir hatten sogar Blick auf den Fuji, der sich die ganzen 4 Tage in absolutem Traumwetter präsentiert hat. Das Hotel liegt zum Glück außerhalb vom Ort Fuji Kawaguchiko, der total überlaufen war und das mitten im Januar! Es ist aber gut zu erreichen vom Bahnhof mit einem Bus (rote Linie) die direkt am Bahnhof oder Busbahnhof (Ankunft von Tokyo) abfährt. Am besten die Suica Karte auf das IPhone laden und überall entspannt Bus, Bahn, teils sogar Taxi fahren. Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten vom See entfernt, den man aber nicht sieht, da ein Museum mit vielen Schweizer Fahnen davor steht (ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert) Frühstück war in Ordnung (Suppe mit Gemüse, Brot und Mandarinen) Im Hotel selber (waren im Nebengebäude untergebracht, 1 Minute Entfernung) gibt es bei der Rezeption einen kleinen Laden, mit wenigen Gerichten und super tollen Kuchen, bei der netten Bedienung! ausserdem ist da ein grosser Suppermarkt mit ATM und die Bushaltestelle. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder da übernachten.

Die Kissen, einfach ungewohnt und ich bin eh sehr penible was Kissen angeht. Es war alles perfekt, ein bisschen befremdlich ist, dass das Bad nicht geheizt ist, aber da die Toilettensitze warm sind, ist es nicht schlimm. Ausserdem muss man beim Eingang die Schuhe ausziehen, was ich ganz in Ordnung finden, die Schuhe werden dann in einen Schrank gelegt und müssen nicht ins Zimmer, nur wäre es schön wenn man sich wo hinsetzen könnte. Und es gibt keinen Lift, was uns aber nicht gestört hat.

Nice and good breakfast

Breakfast is nice and you are able too choose which type of food you want. Very recommend the French toastt is very very good. The view from the hotel is quite nice you can see the fuji mountain. 24hour family mart beside the hotel is so good you can buy things you need also exclusive fuji yuru camp merch. also there's free parking since we rented a car for the trip

Actually nothing bad to say. I cannot think of a bad thing. Will very recommend

整體很不錯！

這是瑋家很小很小的旅店，沒有太多客人，感覺很好。地點很方便，旁邊是Family Mart，隔一條馬路便是7-11，非常便利。走路數分鐘可到河口湖，看到嘆為觀止的富士山。

因靠近路邊，車聲會較明顯。

整体挺好。

酒店位置就在湖边，出去散步就能远远看到富士山的全貌。门口就是公交车站，交通很方便。旁边有超市，有餐饮店。客房类似商务酒店，整体干净整洁，设施齐全，用具的配备也很齐全。可能地理位置较偏远，晚上很安静。

服务态度，如果再热情一点就好了。

Overall rooms are very good and comfortable in size if you have just 2pax. For family of 3, room size is comfortable too

Nice big rooms with plenty of space. Mt Fuji views was great from rooms. Location isn’t too far from the Kawaguchiko station (8-10 mins drive).

They didn’t clean the rooms during our 3 nights stay. Plenty of toiletries and towels etc placed in room, even gave extra trash bags for you to change out the trash bins on your own… but our trash just sit in the room during our stay. Breakfast has to be pre-ordered the day before; otherwise just buy and eat in the family mart (not allowed to eat family mart food at the hotel). If you have family with more luggages, early morning departure and want to pre-book your own large car transport to the station, they won’t do it for you as they will only book normal size taxi. They kindly allowed us to use their phone to book on our own.

Restful and relaxing

The Nepalese receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The room we booked had an outdoor bath with a nice view of Mt. Fuji.

Nice experience and stay. Value for money. Staff was friendly. Very convenient

Cosy place and very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with air purifier and humidifier. Amenities are provided. Serves delicious breakfast and cakes too. Our room has a good view of Mount Fuji. There a family mart just next door.

No lifts. Have to carry out big luggage up the stairs. Luckily it’s only second floor

Great Mt Fuji view

Near Kawaguchi lake, great view of Mt Fuji from my room, Family Mart just downstairs, shower room is best, great japanese style beds with tatami, helpful staff to arrange taxi for us, bus stop in front of hotel.

Great little hotel with an amazing breakfast

Great location. Nice large rooms with great amenities. very friendly staff. the breakfast was AMAZING. The village is quiet, a couple of nice restaurants within a 10 min walk. lake is about 2 min walk away.

Just the perfect place for our trip.

I love that it has a family mart within the property. It has it’s own bus stop and Kawaguchiko Music Forest is just right across the street! Kawaguchiko Museum of Art is just a few hundred meters away. There is a nice restaurant nearby serving the local Hoto noodles and unagi tempura.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast made to order. Quiet.

Everything perfect with the hotel itself. However, it is best to have a car since the hotel is on the north side of the lake and distant from the bus station. The red bus doesn't leave the station until 9 am and thus doesn't pick up the first group from the hotel until 9:38. It leaves the station for the last time at 5:45 pm and that makes it tough since there are no restaurants near the hotel. Just something to think about.

the location is fantastic. it’s very easy to get to by bus, but be warned that the bus is packed going on both directions by the time it makes it to the hotel since the hotel’s stop is in the middle of the route.

There are no front desk staff after a certain time. Our neighbors were being incredibly loud throughout the night and there was no one at the front desk to assist with it.
