our 4 person family room was clean and spacious with Mountain View. Kid’s play area always have staffs standby, and ready to assist if needed. Love the breakfast with variety selections.

restaurants doesn’t open at low season,as it is a distance from downtown. interesting thing was the WIFI doesn’t support WHATSAPP. If we have phone calls via WhatsApp must to switch off WIFi, other doesn’t work. Suggest hotel can offer alternative activities for guests when swimming pool is closed for winter maintenance.

The cat!! Even if this is a "family & kids friendly" hotel, it doesn't mean the hotel should allow their cat to run at the reception area (on top of the check-in counter), not to mention that their house cat even jumps to our seats while we having a hot pot dinner. Not everyone is a cat-lover, and also there is a hygiene concern about having a cat or dog running inside a restaurant. As this cat can run freely in front of the receptionists, we understand this is a norm, not an accident. ** The manager did a great job apologising for the incident.
