Large room/small apartment with great amenities; loved the location and was especially happy with the additional security of using door codes; Trader Joe's just around the corner!

The "hotel" is also an apartment building. IT was very clean and modern. The location was unbeatable. Restaurants and shops are at your doorstep.
Very easy access to the building and my room.
There were no dinner plates. Everything else but no plates. To be fair, I didn't need them but the apartment has everything else. Maybe I missed them?

Easy check in, nice appartement, clean, good location, good fitness room.
No dressing mirror, hardly any essential cooking ingredients (oil, vinegar, soy sauce). No bedroom tv.

Cool building and location
Experienced some issues within the unit that were hot completely resolved to our satisfaction during our stay.

We loved our apartment itself. The pool was also very nice, and everything we needed was convenient to get to. The staff was very responsive to our request when an item was missing in the bathroom.
Way too much scent (air freshener) used in the common spaces (entryway, hallways). For those of us with allergies this is really torture.

Loved having Trader Joe’s downstairs. Very comfortable place for 4 friends to get together.

Water pressure in one of the 4th floor apartment bathrooms was quite low.
Television access is limited. Seems to require having a subscription to a streaming service.

Great value, would do it again. Having Trader Joes and Starbucks right there was clutch. Access codes worked fine. People in the building were all very nice. Felt safe.
The body wash dispenser was empty and mangled I don’t understand why housekeeping wouldn’t catch that. No ice in freezer. Not a lot of sunlight and bedroom sunshade could block more light while sleeping. The common areas of the complex were pretty trashed.

Location was perfect
Bedroom gets way too bright in the early morning as the shades seem pretty poor, need some blackout curtains as well.

annoying pre paper work…filled it out twice and still got messages from Sonder/ booking that it was not done

My kids were very disappointed that the pool was not open during our stay it was one of the main amenities that they wanted to use!

Having to use chromecast to watch TV. A lot of buffering made it difficult to watch. Parking could
become ridiculous since the charge was $20.00 for every trip in and out not a flat rate.

Great appartement, stylish, and a great kitchen with all that is needed to cook at home. Washer and dryer for laundry in the unit. Bath. Good wifi. Easy self check in. Great location with Trader Joe's and bus stop downstairs, light rail stop two blocks away for both green and blue lines. Perfect!

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great location. Nice welcome pack.
Communication through the app is poor. I tried to book luggage storage as advertised. It took ages to reply. The app stopped working at check out, so I had no building code and no security code for my suitcase. Very stressful.
