Ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e splendida terrazza per la colazione

Die zentrale Lage erleichtert kurze und schnelle Wege. Das Personal und das Management bilden eine familiäre, sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Atmosphäre ab. Es ist nicht unser erster Aufenthalt gewesen, es ist immer mit hoher Professionalität und Herzlichkeit verbunden. Die Dachterrasse, der Ausblick, Frühstück und andere Angebote von der Karte, sind qualitativ im oberen Niveau. Persönliche Anliegen und Bedürfnisse wurden herzlich gerne, schnell und lösungsorientiert gelöst. Alles in allem, wir werden immer wieder gerne buchen. Einchecken und wie zu Hause fühlen. Vielen Dank!

Wir wären sehr gerne länger geblieben …..

Oteli cok begendik. Personeli, Temizligi, Moderen mobilyalari, Kahvalti cesiti ve kalitesi, Üst katdaki Teras ve manzarsi cok iyi. Konumu harika, Şişhane Metro istasyonu hemen yaninda, Istiklal Caddesi olsun, Eminönüne/Karaköy iskelesine gitmek icin Tunel metrosu olsun, 3-4 dakikalik bir yürüyüs mesafesinde.

Odalari ayiran duvarlar fazla seffah. Karsidaki odada biraz yüksek sesli konusulanlari duyabiliyorsunuz.

location, staff.

The staff was outstanding. The location is great - just acros Sishane Metro station and on the street to Galata Tower. Also, the view from th breakfast restaurant is very nice (to Galata tower and to the Bosphurus).

The room was tiny, and the balcony was small. Not enough room for two people. The view from the small balcony is to a wall with pipes. Also, the room, and carpet was not that clean.

Modern, clean and nice, very helpful staff.

The only thing I guess was that none of the coffee machines downstairs where working when we had to leave early in morning for the airport.

they mentioned in the description of the room that it has a window but forgot to mention that there is no view, because the window open to a wall and the room is dark the complete day. Never daylight!
