La ubicación y desayuno acorde al precio.

En una habitación el lava manos de filtraba y se llenaba de agua el piso del baño. En otra te entraba luz todo el tiempo a la habitación, costaba conciliar el sueño, muy incómodo.

De ligging is goed. Mooi verblijf lekker bed. Ik vond de prijs-kwaliteit niet echt naar behoren. Incl toeristenbelasting heb ik best veel betaald. Het ontbijt was echt minimaal, had denk ik wel meer verwacht voor die prijs. Mijn kamer zat aan de straatkant. Er werd tot laat muziek gedraaid in de straat ernaast dus oordoppen zijn een must.

Está súper bien ubicado! El desayuno delicioso y la habitación estaba perfecta, nos tocó una interna entonces no nos hizo tanto ruido!

La habitación no tenía agua caliente y el check out es súper temprano, no pudimos hacer late checkout ni usar las instalaciones porque estaba reservado para un grupo

Das Zimmer hatte gar kein Fenster, wenn man das weiß, ist das kein Problem. Man sollte nur bei der Buchung darauf achten.

Nosso quarto ficava de frente para a avenida principal, simplesmente maravilhoso, cheio de detalhes rusticos e romanticos no quarto. A cama e lençois, um caso a parte, super confortável, banheiro tambem perfeito. Fora isso, as áreas externas da pousada foram feitas especialmente para deixar os hospedes apaixonados, cada canto um encanto.

Minha sugestão é de que tentem agregar aos quartos com vista para rua um isolamento acústico, a pousada fica de frente para uma boate a céu aberto e o som vai até às 4 da manhã, entra no quarto e mau pude dormir na cama maravilhosa.

Very beautiful rooms and building in general. Very cartagenese ;). Walking distance to the most beautiful parts of the city.

First time I had to use earplugs to sleep. The loudest street noise i have had experienced. There is this big club right across the street. So it’s good for you if you are a very heavy sleeper or if you like to party all night.

Me ha gustado mucho el design del hotel, el personal es muy amable y siempre disponible. Recomiendo contratar toures con Francisco, un joven que trabaja con el hotel y propone una buena variedad de planes

El hotel está muy central en Getsemaní y el ruido en las noches llega a los cuartos. El cuarto es muy chiquito, no hay apoyo para las cosas

Buena ubicación a la vuelta d la calle principal de Getsemaní y a minutos del reloj . Cómoda habitación desayuno normal

Se escucha el ruido d la calle obviamente por su ubicación, el ambiental que tienen en la habitación innecesario, llegamos a las 7 nos dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible y luego llegaron otros huéspedes y a ellos si les dieron 🤷🏻‍♂️

On a eu une belle chambre bien décorée et insonorisée.

Les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtres.

Fijne, schone (kleine) kamer. Airco werkte goed. Weinig last van geluid. Naast het zwembad op het dak (erg warm) ook nog een zwembadje op de begane grond. Fijn plekje. Ontbijt prima, niet bijzonder. Weinig contact gehad met personeel.

La struttura è in un ottima posizione e questo la rende davvero molto comoda per poter girare, ma purtroppo ha una sola finestra che da sul corridoio quindi non utilizzabile a meno che non vi piaccia l’esibizionismo, la pulizia ha lasciato desiderare in quanto ho trovato capelli ovunque sia in doccia che non, nella nostra stanza non c’era acqua calda cosa non specificata al momento della prenotazione e nel momento in cui siamo andati a chiedere perché ci è stato risposto che solo 13 camere su 29 l’avevano ma solo al piano superiore. Il ragazzo che gestiva la struttura abbastanza arrogante, insomma diciamo che per la cifra che si spende si può decisamente trovare di meglio.

The hotel is in a brilliant location right by loads of amazing restaurants, cafes and good night spots. The swimming pool on the roof is a great place to relax. The staff were super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help - we returned a few days after check out asking for help as our phone was stolen and the staff on reception helped us find a police station and booked us a car to go there which was so helpful.

Our room looked out onto a communal area so we had to have the blinds always closed - if that would bother you worth checking where your room is before getting the keys.

The room was alright, big bathroom, and everything was clean. Also the wifi was very well working. And the location was really nice and close to the highlights of Cartagena.

The room was quite small and dark as there was no big window. It does get loud at night, so bring earplugs. There was also no hot water in the shower. At breakfast they served milk that already went bad, it smelled and was thick, it was easy to see and this situation could make someone really sick. The next morning one of the milk bottles still seemed like it was definitely not cleaned. Also, it would be nice to receive a menu with the breakfast options, especially since the servers do not speak English.

El hotel era bastante limpio, el desayuno era bien rico

Si bien está cerca del centro histórico, está rodeado de muchos bares, por lo que en la noche hay mucho ruido, música muy fuerte hasta las 06.00 am todos los días que estuvimos ahí. Creo que las fotos no están actualizadas, el hotel está más deteriorado y antiguo que lo que se ve en las fotos, para mi fue algo decepcionante. Había personal muy amable en la recepción, sin embargo la persona a cargo del desayuno en la azotea tenía muy mala disposición, algo que nosotros y los demás a huéspedes nos dimos cuenta.

Las piscinas espectaculares, el diseño de todo está muy lindo. Todo huele a nuevo aún.

l'emplacement au coeur du quartier très animé et très proche de la vieille ville dans les ramparts. La petite piscine sur le toit avec son bar très appréciable après une journée de balades.

Attention le quartier fait la fête toute la nuit avec des sonos extrêmement puissance, impossible de dormir sans boules quies, sensibles s'abstenir.

the bed was comfy and the room was clean

very very noisy, there should be more glazing on the windows and doors. Some of our friends could not stay since some other rooms were mouldy and/or had no ventilation. This was very disappointing for them, and it did not seem much effort was put in by Hotel staff to help to find an alternative for them.

The customer service was exceptional! Breakfast was small but complimentary so you can't complain (choice of eggs and then buffet of bread, 3 types of fruit, and cereal with coffee and orange juce). The cocktails were the best we had in cartagena! Beautiful rooms.

Great location, however extremely busy intersection so it was noisy with music, speakers, cars honking until 4am one night haha.

Location is good, there are so many money exchanges shop, sim card shops, good restaurants. No need to take taxi or uber. Staffs are kind and gentle. Rooftop is very nice and cozy. There are cute 3 swiming pool but didnt have a chance to go in. We stayed in the big room on the first floor. There was 2 beds. It was confortable for family with kid. Ours is 4years old i booked only for 2 adult but they do not charge more for kid. Breakfast was good and nice i like the chicken wrap. Also they porvide fruity water and coffee all day. Room was clean. By the way no need to change money at the airport just prepare 5 dollars it is enough for 1way airport to town.

Noisy but it didnt over my limit. There was no sunshine can not dry my wet cloths. Also they said no to hang on the rooftop. My husband saw a big barata. Room is dark but i didnt mind.

Buenas instalaciones

Está ubicado al lado de una de las calles con más fiesta nocturna de la ciudad y las habitaciones no cuentan con insonorización. Parece que tienes la música y la gente dentro de la habitación.

Las habitaciones siempre estaban limpias y el personal de recepción siempre atentos a ayudar

La habitación que nos tocó estaba justo debajo del comedor del tercer piso, las sillas eran tan pesadas que al ser arrastradas generaron ruidos directamente a la habitación.

Me encantó la ubicación! Todo cerca. La terraza con una vistas hermosas.-

El desayuno se sirve en la terraza, muy linda pero a veces muy calurosa.-

El hotel en la mejor zona de Getsemani y muy cerca añadan donde la ciudsd histórica. Muy limpio y el desayuno aceptable. Tiene una pequeña piscina en la azotea bastante agradable. Hotel muy cómodo.

Todo estuvo muy bien.

El lugar es súper bonito, la recámara es cómoda, limpia y para dos personas está súper bien.

Que no tiene agua caliente 🥲 y que el que está en el desayuno tiene muy mala actitud
