Если вы хотите отдохнуть от повседневной суеты и работы, то Вам надо именно в это место. Этот отель полностью соответствует тому месту, где вы можете устроить себе полный релакс! Маленький уютный отель прямо на берегу моря и по обе стороны от отеля находятся уютные маленькие бухты с мельчайших жёлтым песком, пальмами и живописными сказали. Чистое, прозрачное море и много коралловый рыбок около каждого камня под водой. По территории отеля летают птицы, в том числе и колибри. Мне посчастливилось увидеть животных рядом с отелем: белок, ленивца, пеликанов, соколов, колибри, игуану. Я прекрасно отдохнула! Очень приятный обслуживающий персонал. И ещё хорошо, что уборку в номере я могу заказывать по своему желанию. Завтраки и меню на обед и ужин очень разнообразное.
Нет кондиционеров в номерах. Только вентилятор на потолке. Интернет плохо ловил в номере. Только около ресепшена

The view is amazing, jungle behind, ocean in front. Really nice, clean rooms. Complimentary soaps, drinking water, even sunscreen and mosquito repellent. Good activities and possible to explore the jungle a bit (which we didn't because we had some rain). Resident two-toed sloth and poison-dart frogs all around the property (in the gardens I mean, they will not come near you). Beautiful view of Isla de Pajaros, good pool. Loved it here. They even went picking coconuts off the trees for me! Thank you Nico!
The food could be a bit better. For instance we had a Japanese themed day and I chose a rice tower with tofu. There was pineapple in the dish which didn't go with the tofu at all... There's more but I think the picture is clear. It was fine but could be better.

Exceptional place with a marvellous view. Very frindly hosts who take care about their guests and give a lot of tips for exploring the surrounding. We had a great, spacious room (osprey). The food menu changes every night with themes like "Italian dinner" or "Japanese evening", you can choose between different options and it was always delicious. Also dont miss out to drink a cocktail on the amazing rooftop and watch the sunset! What you get here is the beautiful nature of Bocas without the party frenzy of Bocas town, which we enjoyed a lot! Special thanks to Manuel!

The location in the middle of the jungle with pristine beaches! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff very welcoming. Lovely place ❤️
At some points it needs some repairs and fixes. In the garden there’s quite some trash which is disturbing in such a beautiful environment

A real paradise with a view on the the ocean. In the middle of nowhere, just the waves and the wind. We really liked the mix of great quality rooms and service combined with an easy going attitude. Felt welcome from the first minute and the host was very helpful with all of our needs. We totally recommend!
If you wanna go somewhere else it can be a little tricky especially coming back in the evening was a challenge one time but if you plan for that it won't be a problem.

Bird Island Bungalows is a place to escape from reality and the hectic daily life. It is located in the middle of the Djungle with amazing sea with and looking towards Bird Island. Staff was amazing, always helpful and open for communication. Food and Drinks were great, breakfast was included and the dinner that could be booked additionally changed per day and was pricewise extremely fair. The cocktails were just great and also fairly priced. The Room itself was great too, we had a comfy bed, an outdoor bathroom and two balconies to use. We had a fantastic time!

Location is very nice. Staff was fine but not very professionalised. Good wifi.
Food was good but not great. Swimming pool was inoperative, perhaps due to the rains, but other hotels from the area had clean swimming pools at the same time.

Fantastic place. Very secluded. The bungalow was a dream. Outside shower, beautiful views, flowers everywhere. I really liked our time here. I highly recommend this place!
We didn’t like the food at all. There is no other option than to eat at the hotel.
Taxi costs $35 one way.

The location itself with a top view on Bird Island was amazing! we liked the tranquility and remoteness, as it was exactly what we were looking for on our holiday. there is not much to do besides a swimming pool and some board games, so if you‘re looking to be entertained all the time it might not be the right place for you. the food was very good, very tasty, freshly prepared and super healthy! it‘s kind of repetitive, a lot of times you end up eating the same kind of food (hummus, rice, quinoa, chayote, etc) just in a different dish (for example garden bowl with chickpeas and a stuffed pita with chickpeas). although very tasty, it can be a bit boring after a while. What you should know: mostly the food is vegan/vegetarian. there were friendly dogs around the place which we enjoyed very much
For the price we payed we thought some of the staff could have been a little nicer (greet in the morning or whenever you see them, smile a bit, don‘t stare at you when you‘re at the pool or similar). sometimes we did not even get a „hello“ or „thank you“ or something when we ordered food, which was disappointing. the rooms can get very humid, we even had mold on some of the clothes after staying there for a while. it might not be bird island bungalows fault though…. the breakfast was not as good as the rest of the (paid) meals, we would have expected a bit more considering the hotel price we paid.
one thing that you need to be aware of, but is not a negative feedback for the hotel: if you have a room facing the ocean, get some earplugs as the ocean is very loud during the night and you can hear it well (sea waves).

The most impressive thing this place has to offer is the seaview and the silence which is obviously connected with its location. It’s literally in the middle of nowwhere, in the real jungle. There are many beautiful beaches next to it where you can get by walk. The nature is really impressive. It also offers yoga, sups and kayaks so this is a big advantage. The stuff is really friendly and trying their best.
The wifi doesn’t work at all - not possible to watch anything during the night or even send an e-mail…In the beginning we got the better room (a mistake with reservation departament) which was really amazing, then when they changed us to the one we reserved (which still wasn’t really cheap) it was dissappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a smell of humidity and dirt. For me the worst thing in this place is the food. We ate there for 4 days and the breakfasts were small, dinners were literally tastless. It was also opinion which we’ve shared with other tourists. I was suprised because there are possibilities to eat tasty food in Panama. We spent in Panama a month and definitely food in this hotel was the worst. Also, the taxi to the hotel is really expensive - 35$, there is literally no other way to get from the center of BOCAS there. So if you wanna enjoy the nightlife in the capital of the island it basically becomes impossible due to lack of transportation.

The food selection and the presentation was original and well done. We enjoyed a variety of well prepared and presented meals , throughout the entire day & evening . High quality ingredients in a variety of vegan, vegetarian and animal protein based meals made the menu an anticipated attraction for an evening end-of-the day meal. Your choices are up to you and the helpful, positive staff made sure the meal was well served. The magic of dining in a lovely setting combined the energy of a carefully prepared meal with the abundance of positive energy in this location . Thank you all!
There were guests who unfortunately smoke. The odor and low energy of cigarettes or tobacco products seems contrary to the natural beauty and general comfort for mind and body that BirdIsland Bungalows offers to all. Perhaps smoking guests should be more mindful of this before booking or simply avoid the habit for several days. The clean air, good vibes, positive people and food is a great way to cleanse , renew, disconnect and change. Thank you !

This place is a real gem. Wonderful view and atmosphere with lots of hidden beaches in walking distance and SUPs and kayaks to explore along the coast. We saw some turtles hatch and a sloth climbing down the tree and many more animals. The food and drinks are delicious and the staff is so kind and amazing and made our stay a truly special experience and we extended our stay twice. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon! :)

If you're looking for an affordable paradise just go there. Perfect concept: Beautiful individual clean rooms and stunning bungalows. You will get delicious and healthy food, everyday there is a different theme menu from local to worldwide food. Great variety of drinks - there is something for everyone. You can do so many things there. We got lucky and even saw some turtles hatching.
And of course bet staff ever!!!!!

Amazing place in the middle of the jungle but respecting nature. The staff is super nice, especially Nico, who even looked after our baby and makes some delicious cocktails (not for the baby :P). There are 3 private beaches really beautiful and quiet, with free SUP and kayaks available. The area of the bar and pool is out of this world, with a privileged view to the sea and bird island but also great vibes and music. The bungalows are simple but very nice and comfortable. The restaurant prepares very healthy food and prices are reasonable. There are free daily shuttles to Playa Estrella. The taxi to Bocas costs 35 usd. Will definitely return to Bird Island!

Loved the remoteness and tranquility. Delicious meal options and a quick walk to the beach. Every member of the staff was a unique and beautiful soul. Had such an amazing and pleasant experience that I'll definitely visit again.

Beautiful Bungalow in a beautiful location, everything was even better than on the pictures. We enjoyed our stay that much, that we extended. It's a paradise! It would be a mistake not to stay there cause it's a wonderful getaway and we loved the nature that surrounded us aswell as the calming vibe of the place.
Great food, great bar, great staff, great view, great bungalow with outdoor bathroom (we saw a sloth while showering).
It was a pitty that the shuttle to playa estrella was not working while we were there.

The property is located in the jungle. You can hear the jungle all day. The beach next to the property is beautiful.
Because there is nothing around you have to eat in the restaurant. But the food is perfect, they always prepare several meals from which you can choose your favourite.

The best thing of this accommodation is the stunning view and its great location within nature. As a big plus you get good food, the price of lunch and dinner is comparable to good restaurants on Bocas but the quality is better. If you're into nature you should definitely go here to relax a bit. Walk to the lagoon is not too long (20-30 minutes) but really cool and beautiful.
There is not much to do apart from walking in the nature and relaxing on the side of the pool. If you're into it is not bad of course, but it's consider whether it's something for you.

Since you are at a remote location, choices are limited when it comes to restaurants. The hotel offers lunch and dinner, which are reasonably priced. It is usually a vegetarian meal with an option to add meat. For non-vegeterians, the menu is sometimes less diverse than one might desire, particularly on vacation.

This place is paradise. The location, the surroundings, the hotel itself (the rooms are huge) , the amazing beaches and nature, as well lovely staff, great food and yummy cocktails.
Keep in mind that it's far away from town, but if your looking to disconnect it's the perfect place. I would recommend a minimum of 3 nights to really get into the vibe.

So unique! Great location, amazing staff and really good and healthy food.
Ask for the lagoon - you can get there within 30-40 minutes (possibly attended by one of their lovely dogs), it's definitely worth it! And most of the time you're walking along lonely beaches, so could be worse ;)
