Health and safety concerns were not met for guests indoor pool

BEDS WERE COMFY

I would like to address my concerns from our stay this weekend. We were in town for a cheer competition for my daughter and we chose your hotel. However one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it had an indoor pool to occupy our young children. However upon entering the pool area we noticed the strong odor of the chemicals from the pool. After about 10 minutes our kids were coughing uncontrollably and both of my children who were in the pool received chemical burns. My youngest received some of the burns on her private parts and was screaming unable to use the bathroom. This happened within a matter of MINITES! My son was in the pool and received chemical burns on his face. My mom and I were sitting inside the pool area but did not swim and I received chemical burns on my cheeks from how harsh the chemicals were inside the pool area. The area was not properly ventilated and whoever put the chemicals in the pool clearly did not know what they were doing. I am highly upset and my kids were incredibly distraught over the pain this caused them physically and emotionally as now they are terrified to go back to any pool to have fun. The pool needs to be closed until there can be proper ventilation AND the chemicals need to be corrected. The health and safety of your guest were NOT a top priority this weekend.

It was dissatisfying

The place was well maintained

We got a suite and it was nothing different other than an extra couch, not much space, we kept hearing people around and we were in the 4th floor! And we didn’t have hot water to shower for what the front desk said sorry something is wrong and we will just give you some points for the inconvenience.

Very clean. Great Staff, and good hot breakfast each morning.

I was charged an additional fee of $50 for accidental damage at check in. Which was fine, but I feel like it should’ve been refunded after stay.

Nice, quiet, and good location.

Good food, nice rooms

I was charged for extras that I didn't buy. It was only 11$ but still was charged to my room. When I questioned it I was told that I had to speak with a manager but one was not available till 9am. I left at 7am that morning to return home. A 13hr drive. Issue was not fixed.

We had a wonderful experience

We stayed multiple nights and each morning there were a different variety of hot breakfast items. It was delicious and a great way to start your busy day. Also, the staff was warm and welcoming! We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again in the future

Value is not equitable to cost

Breakfast attendants were pleasant.

Poor atmosphere. Staff was rude and not helpful. Guests were loud and made the hall stink with cigarette smoke. There was constant beeping sounds coming from a power strip in room and a vent attached to the room across the hall.

The room was really clean and spacious. My kids enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly when checking in. I would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing.

I enjoyed the breakfast.

The pool was dirty so my grandson and I were disappointed, the staff was rude, No late check out given after explaining my late flight situation, my room was not cleaned until the day I checked out and my key was shut off an hour early locking my grandson and I outside.

Great stay, clean and comfortable. Happy hour with Donavan silection off music was our highlight.

The rooms are hd size including the showers. Updated. They had free happy hour and Donavan played great music. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good . Donovan’s music was the highlight. We wished he was able to play it also at the Patio

Lack of cleaning of the Roos during your stay. We stayed there for 4nights and they did not clean room even when we asked them to clean the room. Towels and carnage outside the rooms are only picked up daily. Hampers for garbage and towels at each floor can help. Shelving for clean towels access at each floor can also help

What I liked the most was the position and the staff. All very friendly. Breakfast was not bad but if you arrive late you have to wait for the girls to refurnish a bit. Just a bit of patience and you’ll be fine. Parking space is really good.

It’s not that I didn’t like something but due to the fact that they lack of staff, our room was never redone during our stay. We’re not mad about it as we understand the struggle but yes definitely need some improvement here. Also another thing we found pretty annoying we’re the kids on our floor making noise and running around till midnight. But that’s the parents fault. I understand the hotel can’t control everything late night.

We had to wait approximately 45 mins to get into the room we reserved.

Fine but lacking basics!

Staff was very friendly. Helped when we asked, as much as possible. Mostly clean.

There were only four towels provided in a room for six individuals. When we called to get more, they told us there were none available! When we went to the pool, no towels. We inquired and were told they were all being cleaned; one towel was brought in the time we swam.

It was a decent stay.

Loved breakfast that first night. The shower was pretty large. Lobby was really clean. Parking wasn’t bad at all. The lighting in the room was pretty cool also. The room looked updated and I was HAPPY with that.

There was way too much chlorine in the pool. I was scared to get in it for fear of burning my skin. Behind the bed had lots of hairs and dust, I didn’t report this to the front desk as I felt like housekeeping would continue not cleaning the way they should. The sink area had not been wiped down properly or the little table next to the bed. Although these were issues while staying, the room was decent and breakfast the first day was really good.

Awesome place.

Hotel was clean!

Out of the way. Kinda hard to find. Need more help at the front desk. Only one person when checked in she seemed overwhelmed, and the gentleman that came to help wasn't friendly at all. Breakfast was awful. Out of stuff two hours into breakfast. Attendant was very nice though.

We stay in this location after a long day at the beach, the room above us was having a party we couldn’t sleep. My toddler keep waking up with the noises. Called front desk multiple times no answer. Tried to talk to front desk about it during check out and we were ignored.

Quiet place with convenient location. Cleanliness of the public areas was very good. Got stay over service without having to request it and then when we did need something we got it.

There were small pieces of food around the bed frame when we arrived. With a baby that just started crawling... Everything goes in his mouth.
