An amazing time, great rooms and lovely helpful staff!

We booked 2 large rooms that sleeps 3 adults comfortably. Both rooms were excellent, clean and nicely designed. Ardilas were the few residences I found in Istanbul that clearly described the size of the rooms and beds and the correct number of people that can fit. It gave me peace of mind. The location is a bustling scene -clubs cafes restaurants shopping- it’s ALL there. And despite the noise and craziness the rooms were still peaceful and quiet. The staff are very friendly! Very helpful with luggage and always a smile and greeting in the morning with great advice on where to go not just for the big tourist questions but the little questions too. They also offered airport transfer. Before I arrived, i was worried about cigarette smells because both my daughter and mum have asthma and almost anywhere one goes in turkey the passive smoke triggers their asthma. My mum and daughter were fine in this hotel - no issues.

I liked everything. If I have to list things for people to keep in mind it’s this: The bathrooms are tight but still nice and modern to use. If you have family that are less mobile this hotel will be a challenge because halls are narrow, no ramps just stairs, and lifts are tiny. Also cars and picks ups cannot pull up to the front. You have a brief walk up and down a cobble stone hill to get to the main road (Tarlabasi Blv), this is where all your taxi picks ups and drop offs will happen, so for us we were climbing this hill frequently(we didn’t mind and the staff helped pull our luggage up the hill). One room was bigger with high ceilings than the other, it would have been nice to have them both be high ceilings but I guess it’s all subject to availability. This hotel does not advertise any views (because there are none). So If you’re ok with these points you will not be fussed and have a great time!

Disappointment

Location is in a proximity to Taxim and it's easy to reach taxi.

It has been used a lot. The street is full of night bars and the hotel is probably used for some sort of a prostitution. Though, overall location is not bad.

séjour magnifique hotel splendide trés serieux

j'ai été très bien accueillit du transfert de l’aéroport a l’Hôtel le personnel de l’Hôtel était parfait très accueillant aimable ensuite j'avais une très belle chambre très grande très bien situé bien dans le centre ville la chambre était très bien isolé très propre très calme vraiment très belle chambre de plus le personnel est très accueillant très humain d'une gentillesse remarquable dés mes prochains voyages sur Istanbul je reprend cette hôtel qui est que parfait vous pouvez le réserver les yeux fermer il est splendide et très très sérieux

Exceptional

Excellent location. Helpful staff. Rooms were clean and value for money. Rooms were spacious and comfortable as well. Toilets were also comfortable and enough.

Complimentary breakfast not available. Breakfast places available right outside the hotel but it it is more convenient if complimentary breakfast is available.

Staff is amazing. Bed was perfect. Location is great. It was close to everything.

The reception was so helpful, they were so nice, everyone helped me, made calls for me, booked places, gave me tips, it was amazing trip I couldn’t ask for better place.

Superb

Thanks for all the staff for everything especially Emir and Jehan The room was very clean , staff was very friendly and supportive. Although the hotel may be small but the room size was very good. I will choose it again for my next visit to Istanbul.

When the electricity was off more than six hours , better if they have emergency generator, not keep they rooms without Airconditining in very hot day which was totally uncomfortable.

No regrets ! Excellent!

Everything!!! Very clean boutique hotel Great location and excellent service from the staff. They are very polite and always willing to help! Special credits to Emir 🙏 Thanks for making our stay unforgivable! When we will be back we know now where to find the best place Ardilas Residence! Highly recommended!

Good, clean and recommend

It is generally good, what was beyond my expectations are: 1- Staff specially Emir who was polite and very helpful 2- Windows soundproofing quality

1- Curtains don't cover windows from sides. 2- Towels were clean but a bit yellowish.

Superb stay!

The place has an amazing location in Beyoglu. The staff was great and the room has everything you need. We even cooked our food and the bathroom also has great facilities.

It's absolutely exceptional.

enjoyable stay

the staff were friendly, polite and helpful especially Amir . very clean and clean it everyday. good location, very close to Isteklal street and taksim square.the decorations have a historic theme which is nice. would recommend it and would stay there again.

small bathroom and sometimes it get noisy outside from the cafes in the street, however the windows are double glaze and mininze the noise to great extent.
