Clean room

Not value for money at this location when similar available at Mall Road at 40 % cheaper rates. I guess booking site didn’t provide us great choice and options as well

Location has no acres for Vechicle , paying 9 K for this hotel was too much and we see much cheaper and better option close to Mall Road . Not at all value for money

I will not recommend to stay at hotel Sumitel Darjling. There are many good hotels with half price.

The price we paid and the room we stayed, it is absolutely no value for money. We were there with my kid and found the bed is so congested for even 2 people. They do not serve sandales in the room even. Geyser was not working properly. Overall experience was horrible.

Bed size. Facilities. Geyser should work properly. They have charged extra on top of booking.com’s price.

Poor location. Have to walk in the Lane with luggage to reach the hotel from the drop location. Not worth paying 18,500/- for 2 nights

Staffs were very good...moderately clean...enough space in the lobby...good food in the restaurant...awesome bakery downstair....hot water available all the time

1. No view from the window 2. Room is smaller than the image shown here 3. Towels are so rough that you can easily use them as floor mat 4. No sofa, no centre table, only 2 wooden hard chair in the sitting area 5. TV without any channels

Very good

It was clean and had all required amenities in the room.

A request for an extra blanket at night, as it suddenly became cold was declined. The check out time at 10am is very inconvenient, it should be extended by 2 hrs to noon.

I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars: 1/ The room smelled bad; 2/ cleaning is not qualitative; 3/ I can't understand why since 9:30 am they are constantly calling and pressuring me to check out by 10:00 am. I have never seen this 'stupid' rule in any hotel; 4/ I do not recommend having dinner at the hotel. Flavorless food. 5/ Too expensive. A lot to improve 😪

Superb

Very clean & comfortable to stay.Good and very yummy cuisine food at restaurant.Good view good location.Wonderful and amiable behavior of all front office staff, restaurant staff.We loved to stay at this lovely property.Everything is super.Highly recommended property.Very Thanks to all staff for their wonderful services.

Expensive & wonderful property but transport cannot enter in front of property.This is the only discomfort but recovered due to the great location.

Very polite, considerate, and courteous staff. Good location if being closer to markets is what you prefer.

Just that the elevator wasn't operational and we had to climb five floors to reach our room. The room itself could have been cleaner.

Everything is available at it is near the mall road Very nice rooms and hotel and having a small garden near the room looking so nice for clicking photos Good Location Breakfast buffet is there and it's so delicious and dinner also

The staff is well behaved and responsive. Room is big, clean and nice. Beds are good. The restaurant is very spacious and nicely decorated. Restaurant staff are well behaved, food is also quite good.

The hotel is in a mall in a bazaar area. The shorter road to the mall is very steep, the longer one is less steep, though. There was some problem with the generator from the time we stepped in, so we had to withstand some dark minutes and had to climb stairs till 3rd floor.
