Très sympathique et calme pour une escale

Très bon hôtel pour une escale entre deux villes éloigné. Tout est propre et quasi neuf avec petit déjeuner pour bien repartir. Une station service quasiment dans le parking avec une petite supérette et un Burger King.

Ayant passer une seule nuit là-bas je n'ai pas trouver de default. La ville est un peu perdu en haut des montagnes mais rien à voir avec l'hôtel, on est bien content de le trouver pour un escale

Perfect stop on a drive thru Nevada.

Pleasant staff and a convenient location for a stopover after a long days drive. This hotel is modern and inexpensive for the location. A historic town with much history awaits if you are staying longer than an overnight.

Very comfortable and clean and felt safe with the local patrol

The clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed and everyone was nice and friendly and we will return!! Thank you for our comfort on our travel!

Fine for a one night stay on the road

location was very convenient. no defined pet area but plenty of open space Breakfast was good Nice lobby space Comfortable bed

The biggest short coming was the noise transfer between floors and rooms especially at night. Probably a construction problem with lack of sound insulation. It is what it is now, but very noticeable . Pet fee was higher then most.

Great night sleep.

Stayed overnight on our way to Lake Tahoe from Vegas - good value, clean room, very comfy beds and great free breakfast. Staff were very friendly and professional and we made good use of the complimentary washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Very quiet location, our room overlooked the rear of the hotel and was super quiet, which made for a great nights sleep. Interesting location and fantastic sunset - would recommend a walk around the cemetery which is over the road from the hotel. Very peaceful and restful place. Overall a great 1 night stay and would recommend the hotel.

We had no issues and the accommodation met our expectations.

The bed and pillows were comfortable for me.

I had NO TV after 15 hrs on the road. Just wanted to relax. Remotes would t work and they didn't care. Had no solution or apologies. Just is what it is attitude. Not for over $200.00 dollars! Sheesh. No discount either

Happy with convenience and location.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Hotel breakfast was great and staffing were polite and friendly. Parking area is well lite and stalls large to accommodate larger vehicles.

Wonderful!

Front desk clerk and the rest of the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. This place is so clean as well as our room. They have plenty for parking space and we are so happy because we have SUV towing car. Well lighted and secured.

Lack of more handicap parking. There was a sports car parked for a long time in a handicapped spot without any tags or plates on his car. It was as if he was the owner or something and parked where he wanted. They had to call the manager in to unlock our room. The lady working there tried all she knew including the master key and the room wouldn’t open.

Comfortable and great breakfast

Bert kind people. We were caravaning for our move from Phoenix AZ to Reno NV. My father in law and I were towing trailers and my wife was an hour ahead of us with our child. She got to the hotel before the rest of us and they let check in without me. Made our move much better.

We we're staying on the third floor, and could still here road noise as well as everything going on in the parking lot. Staff that checked us in wasn't friendly. Would not recommend this hotel.

Based on the check-in experience alone, would highly recommend this place.

Location fit perfectly in our travel plans. Staff that checked us in was superior to any that we encountered during our 10 day travels. Room was clean (as was the rest of the hotel). Would recommend!

Breakfast was decent enough although cooked items were slightly underdone. No available restaurants in the area after 8pm so be prepared for Burger King or Subway.

We love Comfort Inn, but we won't be staying at this one again.

The place was clean and very nice. The room and HVAC were great. Breakfast was very good. These aspects met/exceeded our expectations.

I did not like seeing profanity displayed in large letters on a bulletin board in an office that was readily visible from the lobby for all to see that happened to look that way. information we were given requested we email or call if there was anything that didn't warrant a 10 rating. I emailed and told them I was disappointed to see profanity displayed where any guest could see it. The next morning when we checked out the profanity was still visible. i haven't received any comment from them and it has been nearly a week.

Disappointing

Not much to chose from. No eggs, just biscuits and gravy.

The bathroom sink faucet was broken and should have been obvious to the staff. We also found 1/2 of a Subway sandwich that had been left in the refrigerator - no telling how long it had been there.
