Had a relaxing enjoyable stay in a room full of light.

Was pleasantly surprised when my room was available when I checked in early at mid day. The room was on the 20th floor and had nice city views, The room was very spacious, nicely furnished and clean. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. The room temperature control worked. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, as well as a mini fridge. The gym had a couple of treadmills and bikes and weights, with towels and water. The reception staff and a manager I interacted with were all very friendly, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

Relaxing city getaway

Clean, functional room on upper floor. Lovely view from the large windows. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and efficient use of space. Staff were attentive and helpful. Drinks & canapes as part of club lounge package were excellent and nice way to begin the evening. Wedding anniversary night was noted and attended to with extras in room.

Fridge was small (standard issue for hotels) and needed emptying to put our own stuff in, but minor issue.

Good hotel with a great bed in central location!

bed was great! Breakfast was also quite good, food tasted fresh and loved the pancakes:)

Pool area could have more comfy beds and needs to have more beds also. It can get quite crowded and needs some tuning from my point of view.

Room size, layout, cleanliness, quality all exceptional even for a family of 4 in 1 room. Couch to sit table for 4 to eat at. Best accommodation perth highly recommend

Acceptable quality, check staff seem lacking in many areas: interest, friendliness and care.

Central, good first impressions entering the property.

Detail cleaning lacking. Dust in small crevices and could see marks from adhesive in mirror on toilet door. Acceptable maybe in a 3 or 4 star property but perhaps worth a mention when we’re talking 5 stars and $450 per night. Booked two rooms for 3pm checkin. One not available until almost 4pm which is ridiculous given the price and expected 5 star experience. No sorry; no offer to deliver the new room keys to the one room we all were waiting in for the availability of the second booked room - so we could shower and get ready for the event we booked the Westin for, which we were subsequently late for.

Exceptional 5 star hotel.

Fantastic rooms- fresh, clean and modern. Exceptional quality breakfast selection and an interesting broad range. Great Barista coffee. Great location in the CPD. Good pool

A really great hotel in an excellent location

Breakfast was fantastic, as were the facilities and hotel rooms

The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the cleaning of the room - we stayed two nights and although our room was made up on the second day, milk wasn't replaced, cups weren't cleaned so really they just remade the bed.

Great city stay - Highly recommended

Rooms are a nice big size and give a high-end feel. Very clean, well positioned furniture and loved the electric curtains and blinds. The bathroom is also a decent size, and the beds are super comfy. I'm not a big breakfast lover, but wow, the breakfast is amazing, and there are so many options, including a gluten-free corner.

The wind ruined our time around the pool, but that Is nothing to do with the hotel.

Beautiful

Excellent customer service, they are all friendly and helpful. We got a bedroom with city view, very comfortable, clean and spacious (can’t find fault in anything). We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for our friends and family. Will come back again.

Lovely central stay with the family

Stayed at The Westin for 3 nights with my wife & two kids (a 1 & 3 year old) and we had a great time! The gym & pool area was great, no real shallow area for little kids but still lots of fun. Breakfast was delicious. Didn't get to try the day spa as we didn't book in advance so we went to a place across the road instead. Tried a few of the bars & restaurants in the complex which were nice.

The ragu pasta we ordered from room service was not very nice. We also got the pasta carbonara from Garum the restaurant one night and it was insanely salty, we couldn't eat much if it.

Great hotel to stay in when in Perth

Friendly and forever helpful front desk staffs. Nice clean hotel with a good location. just a few mins walk to Hay Street Mall and Murray Street Mall. Perth Station is also within walking distance.

Breakfast could include more types food. example chinese food My mum who is 69 this year doesn't have much food that interest her. Other then that, all is good
